Absolutely thrilled with Cestria Florists. Placed an online order, really late (around 10.30pm), on a Monday night for next day delivery. I wasnt staking too much on delivery, believing I'd left it far too late however, the flowers were delivered by 11am on Tuesday. Incredible! Even more surprising, though, is that the flowers were more beautiful than I'd been expecting. My niece, to whom the flowers were gifted, sent me a "thank you" message and included a photo (attached to this review). They look stunning!

I placed an order over the phone to arrange a delivery of flowers for my sister’s Birthday, the lady on the end of the phone was very pleasant and professional. She took my order and the flowers were delivered to my sister on Saturday. My sister was so pleased with the flowers and told me that they were so beautiful. I gave 5 stars as the process was easy and the outcome was outstanding.

Ordered at 08:55 and the flowers were delivered to my friend by 11:30! Very fast service and the flowers were absolutely stunning, she was made up with them. They were well worth the money. Thank you so much!

Me and my Mam were delighted that we received a gorgeous box of flowers each from her partner who I was meeting for the first time. He had them delivered to the pub where we were having Sunday lunch and it was such a lovely surprise. The flowers are absolutely beautiful, thank you

Beautiful flowers, I live in Cheshire but have family in Birtley and always choose Cestria as they are local to my family. My family are always impressed with arrangements and they are lovely and fresh, long lasting too, thanks Cestria, my daughter in law loves the bouquet.

Lovely flowers for my Aunties funeral yesterday & I loved the fact that it was all biodegradable (even down to the bow) The lady from the flower shop called me before hand as well to confirm all of the arrangements for the funeral, very friendly and helpful! I will use again definitely ☺

Not the first I havre thought - what an absolutely amazing Florist, each time I have ordered my wife has been amazed with the delivery of flowers, How today (Valentines day) she was completley blown away by the bouquet that arrived earlier.

Helen took on the job of doing my dads funeral flowers last week! I honestly have to say I’ve never seen anything more beautiful than what she did for us as a family.
She knows me so well to know my likes and dislikes and she definitely delivered more than my expectations!
Nothing was a problem for her and she certainly made the experience of discussing what we wanted special . I would highly recommend Cestria florists to anyone they certainly go above and beyond with their services.

Highly recommend. I needed some last minute flowers for an important occasion today and they pulled through massively. Wasn’t exactly sure what I needed but they sorted it over the phone with minimal fuss. Flowers were very well received!

Ordered last minute flowers for Mother’s Day as I’m out of the country, staff couldn’t have been any nicer very helpful and friendly. Flowers were beautiful too, nice and full and very reasonably priced. Very happy customer.

After lots of research I devices to order from Cestria Florist. I ordered online which was super easy and simple and message Helen as well who was super quick at replying. My mam collected the flowers with no problems at all. We later realised that the flowers were a little different to what we expected and I contacted Helen. She was AMAZING. She got straight on it, apologised and sorted a new bunch straight away and delivered them. I was so impressed with the quick replies and exceptional service. During a peak time things can go a little wrong and she was amazing at sorting it out. The new flowers were bright and colourful and really impressed us both. I can’t thank you enough for the most beautiful flowers.
