Bought my first tropical fish tank from Pet Mania in Stockton and they have been nothing but helpful. The fish are kept in great condition and well looked after. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy my fish. Staff know their stuff and are happy to help.

It's a great pet shop. It's got interesting stock in all areas, birds, small mammals, fish, reptiles, amphibians and insects/spiders. And the pet supplies are very well stocked too. I'm from South Shields and I often make the journey to visit this shop as it's so interesting.

Went here and went on the animal adventure with my 8 year old she loved it.

Super helpful always give me honest opinions all the fish I have ever purchased have been placed into a well looked after tank and I have never lost one. I will not go to any other pet shop theses are a full on 1000 stars out of 5 spot on keep up the good work

This is a brilliant little place to bring the kids to. It's a large pet shop, with all the usual animals but has a fantastic aquatics area and a reptile house. But the best part is the little zoo where the kids can see loads of different animals and feed most of them. There's a petting area where they can stroke and hold anything from a guineapig to a monitor lizard.

Great place to go for buying aquarium products and fish! Knowledgeable staff and animals are all kept well looked after. Added Bonus of having an animal attraction there also.

We had a great time, amazing variety of animals and very friendly staff. We spent an afternoon here.

A hidden gem of a place in Stockton on Tees well worth the visit, kids will love this place, the large owl is so funny mimicking your replys.

Bought many fish, snails, shrimp and plants for our 5 tanks and never had any problems. Same with reptiles Excellent advice, great amount of stock, will price match.

Wheelchair access is reasonable. Good off street parking but surfaces need redoing as it's quite bumpy. No disabled loo... But lots of help so personally, I can transfer. We love it here

They have a good range of products for most pet needs backed up by helpful, friendly staff. Prices are usually pretty competitive. I have always found the staff knowledgeable and keen to help and are always kind to our Deerhound Harris when he visits with us to buy treats.

Good for the kids - 6£ each round about for kids and adults. But worth it

One of the best pet shops I have been in, and i have travelled all over the UK. I went in to have a look for my dog and I walked out with a cornsnake and since learning so much more from the reptile section. I have become a reptile maniac. Haha the staff are very friendly and have amazing customer service. Nothing seems to be too much and one lady she helped us to our taxi. She was such a delight.. all staff are amazing. I wish I could give you 100 stars but sadly only have 5. But thanks for the support in buying our new much loved pet. :)

Only visit the reptile section of the store, have done since they were located in Billingham. Jonathan's knowledge is next to none. Critters always good and healthy. Great place for all herp needs
