B&Q Stockton-on-Tees

Diane Wilkinson @B&Q Stockton HAS BEEN AMAZING. She took care of the design, planning, editing of my kitchen. I couldn’t be present in store much, as this is an investment property and I’m located somewhere else in England but she always advised and helped with great response and support both via email or phone. She helped over and beyond with delivery, returns and even some hiccups that were not her duty. Truly a great professional. I have to say also all the rest of the stuff that answered to the phone when I needed advises to buy more things, they have been always helpful. I highly advise to shop in here. Again, thanks to Diane W. for handling everything so well from the first estimates till the extra things at the end, months later. Anyway, choice in this store is great too. They always run some types of offers.

Took my wheelchair in as part of the handle had broken.. didn't catch the guys name but super helpful and went out his way to help my girlfriend repair the chair and literally only charged us a couple of pounds for the screws and bolt used.. excellent service.. thank you so much 😎👍

Met Anthony in the paint mixing area this morning, even though he was very busy with a few people waiting he was pleasant, polite and very knowledgeable about the products. He was a real help and a credit to the company. Well done mate👍🏻

I could spend a week in this place and spend all I've got and more. Lovely staff, and more stock than the russian military has weapons. 😂😂

Large store. Good selection of products. Plenty of parking. Friday night quiet. Paint mixed to match wallpaper.

Used this store for many years and it has always had everything you could ever need it's like a D.I.Y mecca, I know some places are cheaper but none are as hassle free or convenient as this store for me, some things are a bit hefty in price but that's why we have the internet :) Overall great store that has everything. Good staff and good parking but don't EVER go on a Saturday you can easy get trapped in this car park for 20 minutes if it's busy, designed by the Chuckle Brothers I think, someone is laughing somewhere, if you have to go on a Saturday' go early and if you get there before 11am you can get a McDonalds breakfast from the drive through on the way home and no one will ever know ;)

Met Diane in kitchen department. Can’t be thankful enough for service I have received. Managers should be proud of their employees.

I must admit I do love a good walk around a tool & DIY shop, and where better than B&Q. The Portrack store is massive and houses just about everything any tradesman would need. I'd been looking for a drill combo set for some time & found the right set at pretty much the right price.

We needed a fair bit of paint mixing and were served by Karl. What a top guy. We drove 50minuted from home to Stockton. So glad we did. He Scanned our bit of furniture and helped with all sorts. A credit to b&q.

Friendly staff all willing to help wat your looking for if thay no were it is thay take you strate to it clean shop all round ....this shop was visited by the bestlooking lollipopman in northeast

I'm starting to question why I've decided to build my tortoise a new table. I'm no Tim the Toolman Taylor (90s nostalgia) and do think I've bitten off more than I can chew. With that being said, I visited B&Q today and was supported by both Caitlin and Laurence, who were exceptionally supportive, attentive and enthusiastic in meeting my delirious demands. Thanks for the support you two. Credit to the store. #payriseforboth

Used it multiple times to get materials and DIY tools. Friendly and helpful staff

Took back a load of lumber that I hadn't used. The staff were really helpful in arranging for me to swap it for other products to use on my next project.

I generally find this store has a great range, but not always at the right quality - split wood, for example. They are however very practical in dealing with issues.

So I was sent multiple times in a day to find products I know nothing about (I'm not a handyman) so I have no idea what to look for or what I needed. But the employee that helped seem really happy to help me. The employee who helped me was Tom, he was lovely.

Great DIY/Hardware store. The staff seem knowledgeable regarding their respective departments, and the shop seems to have everything you would need and has never failed me. The click and collect option online is also relatively efficient and useful.

Great store can order to collect or they deliver too . Staff are lovely and always happy to help. Great ideas and plenty of choice from painting,materials etc homeware to outdoor essentials, store is clean and organised.

Fantastic service from the minute I walked into the store. Conor helping me order the correct amount of laminate flooring, store manager Luke arranging the delivery. Then the next day delivery guys.nothing was a bother to the entire team
