Asda Stockton Supercentre

Just popped in to opticians to ask if they could take a look at them. Looked at them and fixed in 5 minutes. Great service

This Asda is big and on two floors, I have not been on the second floor as my injury knee has problems going down. The Pharmacy and Optician are very helpful and the parking is great. They recycle cloths etc, but not bottles etc, which is surprising. Like all Asda it provides for its local population, so things that can be found in an Asda in Manchester are not available. Still the people as usual are friendly and helpful as in all Asdas.

Asda are fabulous wherever you find yourself in the country, and this was no exception. Happy to recommend.

Always been a great place to shop . BUT don't think the staff are very helpful. Got asked to use the lift as the escalator woz out of use I asked how far away are there as I'm not very good on my pins . She looked at me and with her head says over there . Not down to the other end of the building. And the girls on the self help tills were not helpful at all . Next time I'll go to Tesco .. they know how to look after the customer.

Of all the Asda branches locally, this is my favourite for visiting. Firstly, it's two floors with a trolley-friendly escalator, the shelves are usually well-supplied [notwithstanding depot shortages], and staff attitude, friendliness and approachability seem to be so much better than found in plenty of other grocers. If you're a Blue Badge holder try and get there early before the self-entitled & unqualified yahoos steal all the spaces, despite the perfectly large enough carpark (same everywhere!), and watch your backs with all the pickers flying around for those who can't be bothered to go in for themselves, and by doing so are hastening the day when walk-in shops will start to become extinct! Just like Check-out operators are already doing.

I enjoy shopping in this store. Good range of goods to chose from. The produce section is well stocked. There is some good offers on a lot of items. The checkout is quick and friendly. Overall, it's fairly cheaper than most retailers.

As always, a good shopping experience and reasonable petrol afterwards. Store is o two levels with a flat escalator up/down. Clothes, cafe, toilet, homeware entertainment upstairs. Food, toys, newsagent and chemist on the ground floor.
Always disappointed with the cafe, food not great, seating area could be cleaner and better, staff not always the best. Such a shame as it could be a little mine field. Always feel I'd like to call in cafe but never do as it's poor so have to look elsewhere afterwards.
Cash points are outside in the car park.

Lots of choice great value lovely staff

I went over too Asda today too buy a Elf on the shelf because I've lost the one I use ( he went back to the North Pole) and I asked a lady if they had any left. She looked all over the place and even got colleagues involved in the search as they were showing some in stock.
In the end they couldn't find one , and after searching for about 20 minutes, they couldn't be found. They really did try everything.
The lady then went upstairs and asked the staff upstairs if I could have the one they use as decoration.
The team at asda have had this one for years ( they bought it years ago and use it for the staff room) . It old and used -still in good condition but perfect for what I need it for.
They selflessly gave me the old elf so that my children would have a elf to wake up too in the morning and I'm honestly so shocked at the kindness of the asda staff.
I'm so thankful that the employees made sure too keep the magic alive for my kids.

Easily one of the better ASDA's, open almost 24/7 barring Sundays and has a bit of everything, groceries, tech, clothes and even a really nice Instore cafe that sells some of the most delicious, piping hot local pizza.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I would improve are the standard carrier bags but this is the same for all ASDA chains as I found myself struggling when 3 of my 4 bags completely fell to pieces despite not being too heavy. One as soon as I left the store and the other 2 once I left the taxi.
Other than that 5/5*

I come to shop here almost every week. Asda is the best place for shopping. very good customer service and open almost 24/7.

I come to shop here every saturday and i've never had problem getting parked.

My only issue is with the lack of policing of the disabled bays, just because your lazy and weigh a ton doesn't give you the right to take a disabled bay without a blue badge.

Other than that the staff are always nice and talkative and are willing to help with pretty much anything.

Again spot on employees are very helpful and friendly it's got two floors I used the scan and go which is very easy to use and the security staff are the best I have seen in any supermarket a superlative visit

Went to asda Stockton just for a few bits.finished up doing family shopping during which we were entertained by the floor staffs rendition of. .uptown girl. Brilliant atmosphere to brighten a drizzle day. Price's were good and well stocked store. Thanks everyone

Regular visitor for half decent prices but good variety of stock. Battles with sainsbury on fuel prices which can be good.
