Fantastic little restaurant! We do not tend to eat in here, instead we order pizzas for takeout. Although more pricey than your usual takeaway the quality is significantly higher. The pizzas are thin Neapolitan style and are cooked/seasoned to perfection. Portion sizes are excellent and you can taste quality ingredients.

We also stop when we have been for a day up the dales. It’s dog friendly outside and despite being on a main road has lively reviews and atmosphere.

Staff are well trained and friendly. Although I’ve not eat inside the restaurant you can see the decor is beautiful and is well kept, clean and welcoming.

You should eat here it’s great!

The food is very delicious 😋. Nice plays, a waitress with black hair ( I forgot to ask the name) was very nice and helpful.

Lovely food. Wasn't busy when we arrived got a table no trouble. Had lasagne, bolognese and a hawian pizza 🍕 then desert had chocolate fudge cake, and profiteroles. Will definitely be visiting again when we are in the area again

I had Mare pasta gluten free. Absolutely fantastic.

Recommend 200% reasonably priced. Romantic but also suitable for families, something for everyone.

Absolutely amazing place! I CANNOT say that enough!

Brilliant staff, very friendly and professional and welcoming.

Arrived without a reservation, no problem.

Seated by the windows, good specials on the board.

Goats cheese starter literally oozed deliciousness! Almost like a foam. Awesome.

I had the fillet steak, honestly.... this was the best steak I ever had. Melted in the mouth. Blue cheese sauce, delicious. Chips nice, crispy and with rosemary. Amazing.

My girl had crepes fiorentine? Again... delicious!! Piping hot with loads of flavour!

Honestly... Treat yourself. Treat your family!

Fabulous food, great service, lovely setting. It was a 40 minute drive up Weardale on a grey, wet afternoon for us to get there but it was well worth it. We'll definitely be back.

Delicious food and excellent service! A lovely restaurant which I'm sure we would visit regularly if we were local.

Went for a birthday 🎂 and the accommodated 15 of us with all food coming out at the same time. No complaints from anyone around the table. Parking to the rear and is easily found.

We went for some snacks around lunch time which was quite nice but the dinner later on was fantastic. Staff were lovely and welcoming. The whole meal was great but the lobster ravioli in tumeric sauce for starter was a winner, as were the steaks which were cooked exactly as we liked and very good quality.
The restaurant atmosphere was relaxed and romantic. It's a popular place and I'm not surprised. If we come back down we will definitely be back.

Just sat in here now. What a meal. I'd advise anyone who's reading this to definitely go here. I had garlic bread starters and spag bol. And wow. Pure delicious I will definitely be coming here more often.

Good choice of food and the pizza was really nice.

Had a meal here whilst staying in Wolsingham for a week.
What a lovely find. Fabulous decor and a lovely calm interior, the young lady waiting on was professional yet friendly.
We had a lovely bottle of wine from the small but well planned list, a grape we hadn't tried before which is now on our list of favourites.
The food was completely A-Ma-Zing!! including the fact that chef was happy to "tweak" one of the dishes for us
We would not hesitate to return, I only wish I lived closer.

Family birthday meal for 7 , absolutely excellent cudnt do enough food very enjoyable but could be larger portions , quite expensive but worth it , defo go back , what a lovely team
