I went in mc Donald's brundal Monday tea time . When I ordered lei. Bought my food to the table . Very helpful lady . Helped me get on my app to order . I always find lei happy and cheerful. She's a great asset to MC Donald's . Well done.

Staff were polite and helpful. Food collection was very good and hot unlike some of the other McDonalds restaurants I have visited. Well worth dropping in strongly recommend this restaurant

What a lovely restaurant. I had the misfortune of leaving my handbag behind, after eating here. We drove 20 miles before realising. Drove back and it had been handed in. I want to 1) thank whoever handed it in and 2) Thank the honest staff there, for keeping it safe for me. We had been broken into and burgled earlier that morning and then had been driving for 5 hours, so it was such a relief, to have been able to get my bag back intact. On top of that the food was lovely too. HUGE THANKYOU. You restored my faith in humanity xx

Food was good, very up set with car park charges of £60.00 becuse we were in there longer than 90 minutes, not far when spending money in there. Become a very expensive treat for us.

My goodness the staff are so friendly good food free wifi and clean toilets what's not to love

A lot better and more friendly than the Beccles store, here the food tastes as it should.

Nothing compares to the feeling they have, when they receive 2 happy meals.
Great toys inside, deliciuos food and chips.

Probably the best mcdonald's that isn't just thrown together in a bag. Had the big tasty with bacon.. and its the 1st one that I actually enjoyed in years.. other places just allways taste abit off and left with disappointment.. not this time around as the big tasty was made right!

If I'm ever passing again and hungry il be sure to drop in on this one 😁

Very helpful staff we had broken down and were awaiting assistance staff herewere very understanding and helpful as we would have exceeded parking restrictions so needed advice and guidance whilst we waited only had coffee whilst we were waiting so no food

Staff are great 😀. There is a little play area for the kids to run around

I'm writing this review solely on the service I recieved when I visited, ordered food on the app on partners phone, she stayed at the accommodation while I went to collect, but the app will only order if you ( the phone ) are in the location, it wasn't!!!!. A member of staff whose name I failed to get helped me our and sorted it for me, she was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for, a real credit to the company, food was OK too

Couldn't score atmosphere as bought on app so picked up from one of those bays out front where they bring it to you ..
So much quicker than going in the Restaurant... AND PERFECT, when it's Persissting it down with Rain !!

Amazing customer service from a lady who I assume was the owner or manager. Never had anything like it. Food was fresh and tasty. I really do recommend the wrap of the day. If you don't like the sauce it comes in, you can just have it plain. I'm not a fan of sweet sauces but the sriracha was definitely not too sweet for me and had a nice kick to it. Mmm.

I took my child to get dinner, the food was prepared quickly and we were home in no time sat and eating.

Really clean and tidy! We had a lovely experience during our visit on the way to Great Yarmouth. Louise was so attentive and kind. Brought colouring pencils and paper for my son, opened the baby change up for my baby daughter, kindly brought our food over all with a lovely smile and Louise just made us feel very welcome. Lovely warm food. Highly recommend. Thank you xx

Brand new got everything there and very fast and accurate didn't check the ice cream machine but I bet it worked very clean

Very well organized in the current situation we are in. Slightly longer waiting times but you really wouldn't notice.
