Went first time get my parcel and the staff said she do not know how the scan the code and handover the parcel went second time I got the same reply … and I said you should have someone here who knows how to use the bar code scanner… the staff exaggerated and made the complaint to the boss and when I went third time to collect my parcel the boss said to staff she should have slapped me … lmfaooo 😂😂
Absolute disgrace on the name of customer.
Zero star and DHL should stay away from them because the boss said he’s doing me a favour by taking my parcel from DHL 😂😂

I arranged with DHL to leave my parcel at the store through the DHL ServicePoint service. When I arrived to collect, the shop assistant took all my details and said the pick up code and the parcel code was not correct and said I should contact DHL and the vendor. He also requested I came back later or the following day to speak to their manager. After checking with DHL there was no reason why the parcel should not be released to me. I tried contacting the shop by telephone but the number does not work. Very poor service and still not clear why they would not give me my parcel.

Refusal to give me my package what was sent from an ebay seller do not i repeat do not get any packages deliverd here as the shop assistant is vile he as probably kept the package to himself absolute disgrase and got no respect for customers. I did not threaten nobody all i did was walk in the shop and asked for my package i even showed the guy behind the counter my id he asked me what my name was and i told him and he told me he was refusing to hand it over i have already checked with the seller and their is no return address. I got abuse from him and all i sed was dont speak 2 me like that coz its not professional and i left the shop check your cctv i did not kick of or give any abuse what so ever their was another bloke in the shop with me while i was their
