This is such a great shop . Mixed & varied . If you have trouble getting something i'm sure you will find it here . We live In Bury St Edmunds & travel up. Staff are also very friendly . Need shops like this instead of sitting at home buying of the internet

The store is quite big. There are various goods - clothes for the whole family, shoes, household items, some food and drinks. I bought Clark shoes for myself five years ago and still wear them. Good quality for everything. The sellers are very kind and patient. Recommend.

So today I went into Roy’s with my granddaughters. Got them some Clark’s boots an a toy. The whole shopping experience was excellent. The lady who dealt with the shoe dept, was patient friendly an kind. From entrance to leaving all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great customer service.

Really great range of products at good prices with friendly service

Good variety of stock from clothing to tools and food and most anything in between. Not always the cheapest but usually good quality with some really good bargains most of the time.
Very pleasant shopping experience and well worth a visit.

Great place for shopping and very clean and tidy. Xmas selection amazing. Went to buy a Diary but bought a Calendar. It was perfect. Again a good selection for a small store. But all on ground floor and easy to get round.

Wanted to purchase a gift, not in stock at the time of visit due to stock discrepancy, but they managed to find one in another branch and had it delivered to my local branch, and called when in store, excellent service, and very helpful staff, very happy customer.

Can find some reasonable prices and a wide assortment of things for sale. We use it for some bulk/hard to find seasoning as they do some food stuff items too.
