very nice store layout, lot's of reasonably priced products, staff very cheerful & friendly.

Shout out to Jempsons in Battle..
They have staff in the store who recommend and know their products.. for example wine.
Staff at tills on a proper check out and no 'self service '

I lost my walking stick maybe a week ago ...and the wonderful staff at Jempsons kept it for me !!
Can you believe that... didn't even throw it out .. I just stumbled in and asked for it.

Have visited this store many times before for my shopping and staff are always extremely friendly and polite - excellent customer service! Range of products very good as well.

Good little conscience store. Can park on high street at the front which is very cheap or on the town car park and short walk to get there. Decent variety of products for a smallish store

Best 'Home Made in your bakery' Deep Mince Pies I've had. The box is a bit flimsy though.

Went to Battle last week with elderly mum and most impressed by Covid precautions and lovely staff.
Went to Wadhurst branch this week and just as good !

This place is great the prices are just right and everything has a range of options like sweets and meat and drinks and other essentials
