Currys

Have to admit, Curry’s isn’t my favourite shop. I am never quite sure whether to trust the discounts, prices and advice. However yesterday we popped in to look at laptops. The help we received from Amanda was helpful, not pushy and she seemed to genuinely care about helping us find the right product for what we were looking for. We researched more when home and believe the one she recommended is best for us, compared prices and ordered online.
Have to say, Curry’s, Amanda is the best advert you have.

Visited today to collect replacement appliance. The curry's insurance is fantastic and very easy to use when required. I had a bit of wait at the counter, but staff are all friendly and helpful.

We visited Curry's store in Basingstoke on Friday and were attended to by Larissa. Again, we found her helpful and informative. It was a positive experience.

Easy location in Basingstoke. Good, close parking.
This is a large store so they have every electrical imaginable including some of the latest tech.
Helpful, attentive staff.
Recommended.

Loving the new Currys Basingstoke store. The store moved site recently, not too far from the old store.
Internally the store looks visually good and the staff are very friendly

A staff member gave me a great discount on some printer ink

They sold me a new oven. Kind, quick and lovely service

It was actually the best experience with Currys so far. Available staff ( not like i.e. in Guildford branch), quick and efficient service ( provided by Kerry ) and product available to take out.. All sorted within 30 minutes x

I returned to collect a laptop following repair. I received regular updates about progress of the repair. I then received a telephone call to say my laptop was in store ready for collection. On arrival at the store, staff handed over my laptop without fuss. Good job Currys, with a quick turnaround and great communication.

Went to the store today and Amanda went out of her way to help me today. Amazing customer service. Hard to find people like Amanda at retail stores these days. Keep up the good work 🙂

Bought a TV. Here and we were helped by the manager there who was excellent.

Usually don't buy from large chains. Prefer local independent retailers. But had to due to an emergency purchase. These guys at this store were fantastic. Went out of their way to help me. They gave that 'extra' help which I didn't think will get from the large chains. I did try the local independents first, but they couldn't help, however the staff from this store did. Thank you very much gents.

Best UK customer service experience I've encountered. Every member of staff smiled and said hello. Our sales assistant Kerry was a fountain of knowledge and incredibly kind and helpful. My experience in store was A*

Fantastic service a few weeks ago by the Tech staff here, especially a member of staff called Gavin, and a young fabulous lady called Nicola.

Great value prices on products too.

Walked in first thing the morning. Got all the hp i needed from start to finish. The product was even cheaper than the label said bonus! Brilliant service from one of the ladies.

Staff and workmen very good and polite. Customer service was a pain in the bum and wanted us to sort out the problem if it wasn't for the staff of the Basingstoke branch my son would still be waiting for his replacement cooker. The five stars I have given is for the staff not for the customer service team
