The Works

We went to The Works with a big balloon order for my son's 3 year old birthday. The two members of staff Emma and Craig were great with wonderfully attentive customer service and nothing was too much trouble. We loved their authenticity and fun loving personalities. Very rare in a retail environment these days so wanted to leave a review.

I’ve always found the staff here helpful and friendly. The store manager (Craig I think 🙈) was polite and looked attentively for a specific item I needed. The staff are a credit to the company

Went into the works with a young lady I take out, who has autism and learning difficulties. She wanted to buy some stationary with her own money. The women who served us, Charlotte, was really kind and patient with the young lady I look after. Just wanted to say thank you to Charlotte and give her some recognition as not everyone behaves with such kindness. So thank you 🥰

Superb staff. Last Monday/Tuesday I arrived 2 minutes before closing time looking for a gift for a 4 year old. The 2 members of staff asked about who the gift was for and gave me some great suggestions (@ a great price too). Unfortunately I can't call out who they were as i didn't get their names!

One of the best stocked works I have been in for its size. In a great position on the high Street and the manager is really friendly and welcoming. Definetly go to this store!

Well laid out shop helpful staff

I came to Works today to buy some summer decorations for my craft project and was completely puzzled and shocked to find only the Christmas decorations. Really? Christmas! It is August, people!!!! Not even the Autumn yet! What do the management think about? I usually love Works and always get some lovely items from here, but today I was very disappointed. Please get it right.
