Great food. Famously pricier than other supermarket chains but not as expensive as everyone makes out, and you get what you pay for. In this particular branch, the gentleman on the self-service tills is very helpful and polite. A lot of offices nearby so I try not to visit during lunch hours.

Super clean shop with a great selection, and friendly staff. Not as expensive as people make out, especially if you use buy fresh ingredients rather than ready made, or branded goods. The own brand foods tend to be better than the branded stuff in my experience.

Always the best service when shopping here. Kind and friendly staff that are always helpful. Inviting entrances. Clean, bright and larger than average Waitrose branch. Good Sushi bar too!

The Waitrose in Solihull delivers the standard or customer service that we have come to expect from Waitrose over the years. I visited on a Sunday morning and even though it was bustling with people going about there shopping the staff were always visible and friendly. The security staff whilst walking around was chatty and engaging with the customers.

All in all a jolly good Waitrose one might say

Not anything like I expected.
Thought it would be over the top prices, instead it is actually just very good food and produce at a moderate price. Some of which are cheaper than the rest.
Obviously a lot of choice and their own range of goods.
You do need to know what prices are elsewhere but for quality food they excel.

I’ve been a Waitrose fan ever since I stepped foot into Little Waitrose over in West Malling, Kent. The prices are a reflection of quality across the shopping experience. Waitrose lead the way to a more sustainable, healthier food culture.
The Solihull branch is my local favourite. Not as glamorous as the epic Salisbury outlet. It still stocks a good range. The helpful Southern Midlands work force makes it the warmest experience in my overly-biased opinion.

For a calm, clean shop with excellent customer service from all the staff and great parking there's nowhere else to shop. No need to mention the quality of the products as they speak for themselves.

Medium sized Waitrose, so doesn't stock full range of products. Friendly, helpful staff. Good wine deals, Celeste crianza half the price it costs in Spain where it's produced.

Big store with plenty of choice. Carpark entry is a little tight as both up side down are together, and the corners are tight.

Well stocked with a butcher’s counter and fresh fish counter. Just a shame it’s not bigger.

The staff provides excellent service with a great attitude.

We ordered online for a store grocery click and collect. The parking bay for collection doesn't have a walking route directly to the store entrance, so that's illogical. Our timed pick up still required the partner to check it was complete. I think the times slots are advisory, not binding. The confirmation came through the night before. But, Waitrose partners offer superb customer service, so I actually had a 5 star experience.

Such a pleasant shopping experience. Aisles are always well stocked with delicious items. Parking is free for 1.5 hours and easy. Aisles are relatively quiet, and everyone is very helpful and friendly. Make sure you sign up for the app. If you do, there's a free hot drink every time you shop. Just take a reusable cup.
