This was my first visit to a John Lewis store, having previously bought items from them online. I was very impressed at how many different departments and items there were.

We had only popped in to spend away some time before our lunch reservation, but we ended up returning after lunch to continue.

Best place I've seen for perfume testers, better than any airport. We are currently in the process of planning a major redecoration of our reception rooms at home, and saw many items we will be back for, or inspired by.

Staff were also very helpful when called upon.

Good 👍 quality products, toilets 🚽 and cafe 🍽 available. Helpful staff a good choice of tech. Large car 🚘 park, lifts 🛗 available

Went to the Solihull/touchwood department shop today to get a gift and the assistant named Farrah was absolutely brilliant with giving advice and suggesting what other products can go along with the original. Left very satisfied and happy with her kind nature and lovely approach to providing brilliant service... Will definitely be back again... She really puts customers satisfaction first and then some... Thanks so much JL, people like Farrah really makes you worth visiting.

A few weeks ago I went to the lingerie department of your Solihull Store. I usually have problems finding the right bra for me. The assistant was so kind.and helpful and i have come away with a bra which is one of the best i have ever bought.

I just wanted to let you know that your associate at the Estee Lauder counter (Raaj i believe) provided us with some outstanding service yesterday (2/12), colour matching myself and my mother with some products and explaining the different types of products available. I couldnt find anywhere to direct positive feedback on the website, so I'll reccommend her here

Visited Solihull store yesterday and I purchased a large rug .I would like to thank firstly the young lady from the curtain ( sl 4088 ) department who came to carpet department to help me to purchase my rug .she was helpful and very efficient. Also Jack from customer service department who kindly carried my rug to my car . He was friendly whilst be very professional . Thank you both for making my visit to the Touch wood store .

Everytime I shop here it is a joy . The staff are so well trained and really helpful , nothing is too much trouble. It's a shame these principals are not in most other shops 😍

JL delivered our new Bosch Fridge/ Freezer after ours gave up the ghost. Paid for next day delivery and dispose of the old one. Brilliant service from the 2 gents who delivered today. Polite professional and they did a top notch job. Very very pleased. Good old fashioned customer service with humans involved. Well done JL especially the 2 superstars who represent JL. ATVB. Visited today, made some purchases and received excellent customer service from all the staff we spoke too. Nothing was too much trouble.

Nice car park and location, store is easy to navigate with staff at the escalators to assist. We were purchasing an air fryer and Dan on electronics is amazing he searched the back and reductions for one he found earlier, although, it turned out to be the smaller model. He then helped us place an order for it to keep the sale price once restocked- super helpful definitely went above the expected.
Brilliant team the store you want to visit for great service.

There is an Asmodee demonstration team in-store at the moment. The chap working today (longer blonde hair, short beard) was so lovely! He had a real evident passion in his voice describing the games, I had to stop in awe at this blokes pure enjoyment of his job!
The store and Asmodee are very lucky to have him! Kids and adults alike will be enthralled at the excitement this man can summon about even a game of dobble 😂

Lady on Bedding Dept this afternoon Thursday 2nd November was more than helpful, she goes the extra mile to help, she has helped me many times and is always cheerful, one of the best shop assistants I have ever mwwt

I ordered some special storage baskets for bedding and had them delivered by Royal Mail. Very good and promo service. No store near me, hence on line shopping.

I ordered a fridge freezer from John Lewis and I couldn't be happier. The price was the same as various other outlets but what swung it for me was the 2 years guarantee, free delivery service and that they take my old fridge freezer away for no extra cost. I was kept informed by e-mail, text message and telephone call on the delivery status and the 2 guys who delivered it were absolutely brilliant a real credit to the company. Thank you to the team at John Lewis for the excellent customer service you have provided - keep up the good work.

Delivery of items were as promised. Have ordered a lamp now which arrived faulty however was changed over with no hassle at all. Thumbs up to John Lewis.

A great place to shop for that special gift for someone you know, we found this fantastic alfresco dinning orb for our patio quite an unusual purchase.
Overall the department store is well laid out and very clean and tidy, the staff are always happy and helpful.

Had a pitstop at the cafe on the upper floor and ordered a breakfast sandwich. Very nice!!! Like the toasted brioche bun... and egg is a must!! Sonia & Scarlett on the 'hot counter' were lovely and sorted out a slight problem for me. Great service!! Thank you!! 5/5

As ever, the displays were attractive . The staff members are polite and helpful. The toilets are kept in good order. A wide variety of goods are available over the different floors. The Touchwood car park and the John Lewis car park offer very convenient parking
