I come into store last week and met a lovely girl named Jessica as I walked in sorting the brownies at the front of the store. There were some lovely ones with some hearts on that I got for my wife. Jessica was so helpful as my wife has allergies to nuts and as I couldn’t read the small print of the allergy list she read them out to me.
I was shocked when I met her again to slice my bread at the end of my shop, lovely girl with a lovely smile. Definitely made my shopping trip!

I visit more to buy Asian groceries. They are readily available there. They have a huge free car parking. You are assured of getting parking place even on a busy time. It is quite a big store.

I like shopping here for convenience when I’m in the town centre. It’s great that there is a little indoor cafe and pharmacy. It’s lovely to see how this store has a lot of diversity when it comes to staff employment, Thank you to all the staff at Morrisons.

I had an incident transpire today in the car park and the staff at Morrisons were amazing! They offered their help and were very supportive. The security guard and the other people who came to help, I cannot thank you enough!!

Fresh fish counter is good great selection plus get 20% on a friday with the more card. bargain

Two cafes. Toilets 🚽 available. Good choice of foods and good 👍 bakery selection. Small toy selection and small home ware section . Clean 🧽 and tidy and shelves are always well stocked. As it is a smaller store they don’t sell all the items that they have in the larger stores 🏬. Has a car 🚘 wash in 🚗 park and car park has a limited stay.

Visited here to pick up some much needed supplies while staying in Birmingham for Insomnia 71. Was able to get in and out fairly quickly and didn’t have any issues finding what I needed.

Great store with great staff. Nothing too much trouble. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great meat counter, cheeses and local produce.

If you go early the place is great. You leave it later it can be very busy. Staff always friendly and helpful

We were on our way to Birmingham from Scotland. It was almost lunchtime and the kids wanted to eat lunch while I needed to take some fuel. We loved that supermarket as it was cheap to have our lunch there as well as the fuel was pretty much cheaper than other refuelling stations. I strongly recommended this place.

Love this Morrisons, I was able to get things here that I couldn't find in my usual supermarket. Lovely staff, always a pleasure to visit and shop here.

I always have a good shopping experience here.
Plenty of stock, quality foodstuffs, friendly service, clean and well lit.
Probably more tills need to be open, even the self serve tills have a queue a lot of the time.

I visited the Solihull Store. I had difficulty in locating a couple of wines, Adam and Gary, along with Rosemary were of a great help with this task. They were all incredibly helpful, professional but affable and swiftly dealt with my request. It is easy for "Joe public" to highlight when things go wrong only, but conversely, when public service staff "get it right"...HIGHLIGHT AND COMPLIMENT accordingly...it makes a jib worthwhile when u go the extra mile!
