Argos Huntingdon (Inside Sainsbury's)

Thanks so much to the manager who went above and beyond assisting me even when the store was about to close. Kind, decent and fair. I have never had a problem with Argos@Sainsbury in Huntingdon, only difference to a full size store is a short wait for some items. Stores don't currently allow click and collect unless paid in full up front. If you need to part-pay with a gift card this must be done in store as there is no helpline available at present.

Last week I visited the argos store in huntingdon. And I had the best customer service very professional and polite young man. The transaction was seemingly effortless and I wish every experience in retail would be as easy as this. I would highly recommend asking for John when visiting argos huntingdon.

Just to say that the review by Rob Barnham is totally wrong and false, the incident he is referring to was that he was totally rude and verbally abusive to staff of Argos, whereupon a member of the public went to speak to Rob Barnham to get him to apologise to Argos staff, I was there watching and at no point did the member of the public who ran after Rob Barnham, swear or was aggressive or was using threatening behaviour towards Rob Barnham. Argos staff are there to help people and not to be abused to ...I hope that this review has Corrected the matter of Rob Barnham lies. Argos Huntingdon deserve all the respect as they have a hard job to do in the first place

Simon at the Huntingdon Sainsbury’s branch was absolutely phenomenal with my partner in regards to replacing a parasol in a set. He went above and beyond by consistently contacting us to update us on the progress. I can honestly say it is the best customer service I have ever had!

Extremely helpful team behind the counter, bought a tv yesterday and had to return it today with a fault, swapped it for another, great customer service from the team

Small store, so may have to wait till afternoon for orders. Car park outside is not free till 6pm.

I went in today to return a cable that wasn't correct one. The assistant took great pleasure in telling me that because it had been opened I won't be getting a refund. She loved it,it was written all over her face. Yes I was wrong to swear at her but I want to know how they can possibly think its right for the store detective to follow me outside and threaten my with physical violence

I don't appreciate the store assistant rolling their eyes at me, throwing arms up in the air and huffing because they misunderstood what I meant. Awful customer service.

Purchased a dashcam which was opened and resealed. On opening found there was a cable missing and items in the box in poor condition. Bad quality control by Argos and wasted my time going back to the store. Don't accept repackaged items with Argos seals.

I would give zero if possible. The delivery man delivered to wrong address, hung up on me and couldn't get my parcel back. That was 2 daus ago. I can't get refund. I now have to wait another 2 days for replacement. Will never ordee from Argos again...beware..

Refused to let me have a receipt, told me they only email receipts now, claimed it was company policy.
