Better than the Solihull branch! The quality of the food is amazing and for a great price. The staff are so lovely, in particular there is a very chirpy young girl who works here named Amber. She is an absolute angel. Will definitely be visiting again in the future 👍🏻

the lady who works at the cash register, whose name is Grace, is simply magnificent, always smiling and very welcoming, that's why I come to this store because I hope to run into her every time, she is my sunshine in my day

I had a great customer service experience provided by a gentleman in Hall green branch this morning 27/09/2023, You don’t see that very often nowadays, I’m sorry that I didn’t pay attention to your badge name as I was in a hurry but you know who you are, It brightens my day having to deal with nice customer service, I think the gentleman is a person in charge or manager. This is my favourite branch👍

Best customer service that I had. I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter and got a cancelled email the last minute around an hour before the collection which I didn’t notice till I reached the store. We couldn’t find a replacement as my 4 year old wanted a unicorn theme and we arranged all the decorations. But we were lucky enough to meet the manager Tom who apologised and was so sweet and kind enough to sort out the issue as soon as possible. I really appreciate for his kind gesture and best customer service.

Well stocked,very clean and helpful staff

Just wanted to share my thoughts about a great guy we saw on the customer service desk today to collect a parcel. He just could not have been more helpful and I’m sure it will encourage us to do more grocery shops here.

Good quality produce. Can be a bit pricey to do a full weekly shop, but for bits and pieces, worth the price.
Usually a Big Issue seller outside who is very polite and grateful when buying the magazine.

We do our weekly shop at Waitrose in Hall Green good range of food prices comparable with other supermarkets most of the staff are long standing employees always friendly and helpful and local to where we live a pleasant shopping experience.

Excellent service alway's

Went in for milk, but the many offers they had on, fitted in with essential personal needs, so ended up getting a lot more items at good value. The staff as always were friendly and helpful providing good service!!!

I love this shop and spend 10 minutes sitting at a table in front of a huge window and drink coffee when strangers share with me their smiles

The staff are very pleasant and helpful. They always have time to look if I cannot find something. The quality is very good I also like when goods are reduced. Do love my Latte when finishing shopping. Also vouchers

Great food often sourced in the UK. Good discounts with my Waitrose card. Entrance to carpark is on a side road.

Good variety of food and drink on offer in a very convenient part of the community. The store is well laid out and well maintained. It is a little more on the expensive side compared to other chains but the staff are incredibly polite and well mannered.

My parents & i have shopped at this Waitrose ever since it opened in 1971! Fantastic, knowledgable staff who are always helpful. Excellent range of produce, everything from reasonably priced everyday essentials to more exclusive pricey items. Fresh fruit & veg' are high quality, nothing goes to waste. Shelves are always well stocked with only a few "temporarily unavailable" labels. The store is always very clean, bright & a pleasant place to shop. Definitely our favourite foodstore.

Friendly staff always willing to help and plenty of them at hand. Not a big store so you are out quickly again. Has most of what I want.

Excellent customer service all the time. Not a very big store so choice and stock is somewhat limited as one would expect from a store of this size. But essentials and abit more are well stocked. Staff are exemplary.

Good staff and quality food. You are never going to get 100% good service from staff, they are only human and some will have a bad day. However the staff at this store are as good as you going to get. Plus, I have always found Waitrose food and goods to be excellent.
