We have used this chemist for years. The last pharmacist at this Boots was disorganised, but the current man is professional and courteous. No, he isn’t chatty, but he is reliable and insightful, and makes time to speak to customers as required. Recently he was very busy as usual yet he still found time to meet with me in private. The rest of the staff are polite and efficient. This is an extremely busy shop and virtually all of its trade is prescriptions. Yes, the shelves can be a bit bare. The team here is flat out. Customers who want a full-range shopping experience should know better than to expect to find that at this tiny shop. Residents of this once-thriving market town that has lost three banks, a greengrocer and a newsagents should be grateful for this Boots with its hardworking team. People who request their prescriptions in good time and queue patiently like everyone else will not be disappointed.
