Fab place. The staff are always friendly and efficient. I always do click and collect, my items are always ready when I arrive. I've been going here for years and will carry on doing so.

When I got to the store I found that I had to order online for the item I needed, so I sat in my car outside in the car park, went online, ordered the item, sent the order waited about 30 seconds, and I got a message from them saying that the order was available to be picked up, I got out of the car, walked over to the store, waited for about another 20 seconds went into the store then there was the item. It was perfect.

Great prices and safe shopping and pick ups in the current covid 19 climate. Click and collect works really well and if its out of stock it will be there in 24 to 48 hrs.

I feel like I visit this place on an almost daily basis at the moment as I seem to be going through a bit of a DIY craze at the moment. Order online only/first, you can't order in person, but that's how I order anyway as I find it more convenient, and my order is usually ready before I could even get to the store.

Great help today, front of store. Guy at the door was very helpful sourcing the items l needed for a DIY project....in blazing heat too. He should have had a gazebo!!

Couldn't have fixed my bath taps without special tap wrench made tough job simple and cheap £15 / £45 everywhere else

Decent Diy shop we could do with one in Runcorn especially when I required just one item the had the toll to pay on the bridge so I ended up paying 4 times the value I love the shop but it will be a hell of a long time that I’ll shop there again sorry screw fix not your fault!

I had a problem with a strimmer I had bought last year,I returned it to the store and the staff replaced it with a new one without any problem at all. I was most impressed with the service and help.I would recommend this store to anyone.
