I have the home delivery every week and the drivers are always very helpful Jason and don’t know the other man’s name but he is only young normally comes on a Sunday very nice guy .. credit to the company 5⭐

Shopped in store for home delivery - their van got broken into a couple of hours later and in-cab equipment stolen - driver worked overtime to still get the delivery to us, and when he arrived my wife was a bit worried about a few of the frozen things - he offered to go back to store and swop it for new stock and bring it straight back to us, he was back to us within half an hour! Brilliant attitude, much appreciated - well done for a great culture of excellent customer service!

Not a land made of ice as the name suggests, instead pleasantly surprised to find a shop selling mostly frozen goods at decent prices

One of the best shops for value locally . Lots of £1 deals , SW section , great delivery service , great staff always pleasant and helpful. discount branded pop often 4 litres bottles which are cheaper than a small bottle in most shops

The staff at the Widnes shop are brilliant they have kept me going through lockdown. Free delivery to your home and good food the staff are helpful and lovely.

The Harry Ramsdens range is worth the visit alone, you have to try the jumbo battered sausages.

Very cheap food 😋 good for big family's and not alot of income.

Great store very friendly. Wish they would get the £1 greggs cheese pasties offer on again though 😜
