Screwfix Farnborough - Hawley Lane

Great place for almost everything DIY...for the few things normally stocked, but out of stock, they can be ordered for collection next day.
Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable & prompt staff, always give me a warm welcome.
Worth a visit.

Surprisingly busy for a Sunday, but had everything in stock I needed. Should have more staff to speed things up.
I give to collect something I ordered online, they were quick and friendly as usual.

Excellent service! When I entered, the shop was crowded so the queue was long. However, there were staff on hand to check the requirements of people in the queue; this gives advance notice to the stores and helps reduce queuing time. Thea store is clean, brightly lit, and well organised. It also always has what I want, or has it within a day or two. All round excellence! 😀

Its a fairly small place but normally has the normal DIY things. Click and collect is the way forward with screwfix, also when your card is set up you can pay within a few clicks and normally get a text saying its ready to collect within 10minuits

Staff were excellent yesterday. Chap knew exactly what I wanted. Happy days.

Always helpful and you rarely have to wait for more than a few minutes to get served. Plenty of parking. Social distancing and covid measures seem to be well respected.

I HAD A LARGE LIST OF SMALL ITEMS TO BUY. THE YOUNG MAN WHO ATTENDED TO ME WAS THE MOST HELPFUL I'VE EVER HAD.WHERE ITEM'S WERE OUT OF STOCK HE SUPPLIED A SIMILAR ITEM BUT A DIFFERENT MAKE.
