I have been a regular customer at Asda, and it's unfortunate that I need to report a disappointing encounter at this particular branch. On Sunday, 4th of August, around 2 PM, while I was on the phone discussing my shopping list, a staff member approached me aggressively, unjustifiably threatening to call the police over the phone call. This behavior not only disrupted my shopping experience but also felt discriminatively targeted and was utterly unacceptable. I urge the management to address this issue promptly to ensure that no other customer has to endure such an unwelcoming experience. Such conduct should not represent Asda's service standards.
