Absolutely disgusting service...the delivery guys are amazing they drove 2hours to deliver our sofa and because the woman who took our order put the wrong house number down (next door number) the top guy wouldn't let the drivers deliver it to us even though we had all emails and messages!! Now we paying for a sofa we are not even allowed to have!!!

Absolutely terrible. Ordered the item to be delivered to the local store, 6 weeks later, they wanted to deliver it to my home! Got a phone call and the guy said "oh, suppose we cant deliver it to you then"! Duhhhh! I then had to chase SCS to find out where the item was, only to be told, it was still at the depot and wouldn't be delivered for another week. They said they would contact the local store to see if they could help - guess what - they didn't want to know - already received their commission on the sale I suppose!

Difficult to communicate when you want to collect what you aleady paid for!! Being told all week that we will get a call back which never happened, and now not being allowed to collect on Saturdays. Absolute joke! Poor service!!

Arrange to do a delivery. Wait in all day. Delivery does not turn up. No call to inform whether is coming or not. telephone them and they hang up on you. Totally disgusting unreliable service
