The girl behind the counter has an excellent customer service helping me to find quickly parts which I need on my day-to-day jobs.

I'm embarrassed to say that despite living in Basingstoke for nearly 15 years, I didn't know Euro Car Parts had a place in Basingstoke (Houndsmill).
The website is easy to navigate and finding parts for your vehicle is relatively easy.
They have a ton of parts available at their location and can have parts shipped same day or next day if not.

It you have any questions about the part you need because there are multiple options, the staff are extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. The store front is well presented and the staff were great.

I wish I'd have known this place was here before. Great service!

Good very helpful and friendly staff..... Although at the time the wrong product was purchased we phoned Basingstoke euro car parts and one closer to where we were at the time and both stores were extremely helpful to get us the part sorted and specially delivered to a part where they do not deliver within 2 hours and free of charge. Excellent service from both stores who also communicated with eachother to set this right and even a courtesy call to make sure the part was the correct one in case another was needed before they closed.

Pretty efficient. I've been buying parts for years and only once they got it wrong. Reliable store. Prices going up but at least they're convenient.

Upon purchase of an item that i was very nicely informed i was receiving a discount ( lower price almost to half) even if on their website this was not present. Every time i went to eurocarparts i was treated with respect and very professionally. Fully recommend

If you need anything from a bulb, brakes, batteries to body panels this had to be the place. You don't have to be in the trade. They sell to both the trade and private. Very helpful and great prices. Just remember to have you registration number so they can find you the right part. Also sell car cleaning materials etc. Give them a go, have used them myself for years and very happy.

They stock a large range of parts for most vehicles. Their prices are good value and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Bit slow today but had the bits i needed so a thumbs up from me.

The location is as easy to access as with all their other local locations that I have used.. Using the click and collect service online often brings an added bonus of extra discount.. Also you find where it may be in stock at another readily accessible site..

Friendly and helpful staff. Great range of components ready for same day collection. I needed a new whole new exhaust for a fiesta and managed to pick up everything I need. From Hanger to backbox.

Needed some parts for a very old Renault and they had them in stock. Brilliant!
