Loads of parking spaces clean and neat store friendly staff. We bought wolly hats, and there was a lot to choose from for men and women at reasonable cost. My husband and I both bought two hats each, and we were both pleased with our purchases. The fit of the hats were perfect 👌 we actually had a saving of £33:50 because we were Go Outdoor members. Fabulous 😀

Spent a fortune here the past week on new tents after the raisn weve had. The staff have been absolutely fantastic and are a credit to your business helped us and pointed us to the best buys. Nice to go into a millets were your helped and friendly staff.

Got some great deals here. Went to three Go Outdoors that week. Got some cheaper stuff if you look into a different one. Good atmosphere friendly staff. And this time of year some great deals.

I have been buying kit for outdoor activities for over thirty years, and in that time, I have never encountered nor enjoyed the level of service provided by Phil and Gareth at Go Outdoors, Porthmadog.

We recently bought 2 paddle boards and various bits and pieces from the shop. The staff were very helpful, especially the manager, who went above and beyond to help us with our purchases. Will definitely shop here again in the future.

I bought a pair of walking boots from Millets; very comfortable and completely waterproof but after a month a cleat for the laces broke off. I took them in with some trepidation, having misplaced the receipt. "Ah, clearly a manufacturing error" said the manager. "Hang on, I will get you a replacement". And within a few minutes I was walking out with a new pair of boots.

I am delighted at the service. Well done guys. I know where I will buy my next pair.

Phil, the manager here, is exceptional. He took time to guide us through our (rucksack) purchase. Trained us on how to fit it. Guided us on other possible requirements and gave us some route tips. Honestly a gem of a guy. Incidentally, there are some great reductions on rucksacks atm we bought two! (23/12/21).

Quite surprised at just how good Millets has got. Been here (and a few other branches) a number of times and it's well stocked, clean and tidy. Had some really good advice regarding a waterproof jacket from one of the friendly and knowledgeable members of staff. Prices are comparable to others too. Excellent service 😀

I returned a tent with a faulty zip and the blond haired store assistant was extremely helpful. Not having any replacement tents in stock she organised shipment to my home address as I'm not from this area. Good customer service is rare these days, the staff at the Porthmadog store have restored my faith. Top notch.
