Cracking little gem of a place plenty to see and do with nice places to sit and have some food and refreshments. I particularly liked the wooden furniture place as they have some class things AND they are nice but more importantly to me is that they leave you alone to browse instead of what I hate which is jumping on you as soon as your foot is in the door . 👏👏 When they do that we turn around and leave but these don't so happy browsing 👏👏

This is one of those lucky finds. Tucked away in rural Wootton Wawen (between Henley in Arden and Stratford-on-Avon),it is the old farmyard which has been converted into a select group of shops providing gifts, crafts, antiques, farm shop and more.
A great place to while away some time and find some lovely things.

A lovely little find on the way though the village to have a walk around and grab a coffee in the cafe.

We went to the garden centre. Staff more than helpful. We purchased 2 conservatory armchairs. We were told delivery in 2 weeks. They arrived on time by a wonderful delivery guy. Very good service start to finish the quality of the chairs perfect. Also went to the café on site. Coffee served in proper cups not plastic and the chocolate cake was gorgeous. We will be going back. Thank you all for making it a nice experience. June Bryan

Lots to look at and buy! A couple of antique shops with various bric a brac etc, a lovely gift shop with all sorts of beautiful bits and bobs, a couple of chocolate shops, a clothes shop, a cafe that sells gorgeous toasties, and a outdoor furniture shop with some amazing pieces for sale. Well worth a visit, you can spend a couple of hours wandering round it all.

Some really great shopping, usual over priced items in certain cases, but some interesting things.

What a lovely afternoon we had and, what did we see?
Handmade chocolates + they make bespoke gifts in chocolate too; all made to order... There's a great farm shop... Good range of original pictures in the giftshop (including unusual handmade items such as glassware and pens made from WWII Spitfire propellors...) The antique shop had something to suit most tastes + wasn't horifically expensive either (saw some things I can't mention... why? because we're going back in the week to try and "haggle them home" with us!) ;-) and don't forget to look up when in their shop; there are tasty collectibles stored above the display cabinets too..! Then we saw some handmade, really great fun, one-off furniture pieces that will make you smile and, if you can take one home, be a real talking point for years to come; outdoor furniture is particularly good and who doesn't need a drinks cabinet that looks like a lifesize motorbike, or a sofa made from the front of a blue & white VW camper van..! Lots more to see (& taste at the cafe too) so we're looking forward to our return visits. Recommend.

Lovely and quaint, nice craft shops. Excellent tea Room with homemade cakes 😋. Not a rip-off place either, £12.05 for 2 large pieces of cake plus 2 large mugs of coffee,😋

It was a beautiful hot sunny day. There was ample parking, although we did not manage to find the place too easily; hopefully next time will improve my navigation. We specifically went to visit the antiques centre, and considered some of the priced items very reasonable. We had our dinner at the restaurant and was not at all disappointed. There is a farm shop, which we also made some purchases from. All in all, it was an enjoyable visit.

Love this place! A great collection of fantastic shops selling a great range of wares - we always come away with a couple of things. And a lovely cafe to have a bite to eat after a good mooch around.

Lovely place to visit in between Stratford Upon Avon and Henley-In-Arden. Full of an eclectic mix of craft, jewellery, antique, garden furniture, chocolate, cafe and farm shops to browse at your leisure. Enjoyed a delicious coffee with an orange and pecan polenta cake, whilst sitting in the sunshine. Perfect 😋

Lovely little collection of small shops housed in a pretty courtyard setting. Some larger units selling small antiques, antique furniture and one with a great range of garden furniture.
Extremely helpful staff/ owners.
Tea and cake in the restaurant was excellent and from all the reserved tables for Sunday lunch it would appear to be a popular place to eat. Reasonably priced too.
Large car park with picnic benches at the front.
Good place to set off for walks along the nearby canal before or after visiting the shops!

Loved this place. Lots of different independent shops for us to support our local produce. We actually just stumbled across this place accidentally whilst looking for something else. There is a mixture of antiques, clothes, chocolate, farm shops, unusual and fantastic outdoor furniture, jewellery, cafe. Definitely worth a visit and all the store owners were extremely helpful to the point of telephoning colleagues for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Make sure you have plenty of money with you though as there will be something or lots of things you will be tempted to buy 🤗😉
