An absolute gem of a shop. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. After my mum struggled to find a mother of the bride outfit, after going to Norwich, Cambridge, Ely, Peterborough she was starting to worry. We walked into Cream Rose and spoke to the staff. My daughter and I went to Cream Rose on Saturday with our friend to find her an outfit for her sons wedding. We had the most amazing experience! The whole team made all 3 of us feel so special, even though it was just our friend looking for something. They were so attentive, enthusiastic and nothing was too much trouble for them.

I can’t thank these lovely ladies enough. I was so nervous had an idea of what I was looking for. These lovely ladies were so friendly I felt relaxed immediately and felt I was among friends. There was no pressure on time or choosing an outfit. I was also very lucky to have 2 wonderful friends with me to offer support.

Thank you ladies for a positive mother of the bride outfit shopping experience. I visited yesterday with my daughter who is getting married this may in St Lucia. All the ladies were so lovely and gave me several dresses to choose from. Not once did I feel rushed. We settled on a beautiful blue dress and jacket. I was made to feel amazing, even making me a custom fascinator to complete the look. Would recommend 100% well done ladies 👏 x

Visited with my wife to choose her " mother of the bride " outfit. From start to finish, over two visits, all of the staff were lovely and so helpful which made a very pleasant experience as opposed to a stressful one! My wife found a lovely dress and matching fascinator and went home very happy!

What can I say about these wonderful ladies except if you are having a special occasion you MUST visit this shop! I have recently been a mother of the bride and was not confident in any way I would look the way I wanted to for my only daughters wedding. These ladies went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident. I am a plus size MOB and thought I would find nothing but the choices was amazing! They are all so helpful and friendly. I had my dress altered which was so professional you could not see the alterations! I had my bespoke hat made to match and nothing was too much trouble even on deciding a last minute addition. I cannot recommend this shop enough as all women of all sizes are equally treated as special as each other. Thank you all so much.

Bought a beautiful outfit for my son's wedding which was on 15th October. Everyone said they loved it. I felt amazing. Great place and they look after you so well

Fantastic one stop shopping for that special occasion. I was nervous about going MOB shopping but Cream Rose made it easy! Within 2 hours I had the perfect dress, made to match hat and dyed to match shoes and handbag. I hate shopping and especially shopping for a formal occasion but they made it sooo easy. The dress needed some slight alterations and their in-house seamstress did them for me without any problems. We spent ages over the right clutch bag which would fit my phone in........... not many shops would offer that attention to detail. If my son ever get married I will certainly be back in for my MOG outfit! Thank you Cream Rose for making me feel special on my daughters special day.

I am a plus size lady and not really a dress person but I have a big formal do coming up so rang and made an appointment and from the moment I walked in to the shop I was made to feel comfortable and at ease and they had lots of different dresses for me to try and were totally honest with the feed back I was asking for .I ended up walking out with the most beautiful dress and made to feel very beautiful in it also. Outstanding customer service! All the ladies were welcoming. As a larger lady I was really uncomfortable even entering the shop, but within minutes I felt at ease. The ladies were super kind and their warm friendly service made the whole experience enjoyable, so much so I will be back. Thank you so much

I am not a lover of shopping especially for clothing.
With my daughters wedding on 2nd July 2021, it had to be something special so I knew I would need help.
I wasnt dissappointed, Steph & Ruth at Cream Rose, Fenstanton were brilliant.
From the moment I walked in the door, they guided me to the outfit I fell in love with and felt confident in.
Then Helen arrived and sorted me out with a hat that compliments the dress too.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, not pushy. They had a good range of outfits, although a limited number in each style which made you feel confident that no one else would be wearing the same outfit. After searching in Cambridge we returned and purchased the original outfit I had tried on as there was nothing like it anywhere else. I am delighted with it. They also let me try on various fascinators, shoes and bags to give me an idea of what colours to use as accessories. A truly delightful shopping experience. I shall go there again. Thank you.

My daughter's wedding, my outfit (mother of the bride) and grooms mother and the bride, we all had our outfits from Cream Rose. We could not have had better service would highly recommend it. Thank you ladies we had a wonderful day.

Went to Cream Rose to try on some dresses for my daughter's wedding, not thinking that I would find anything as I have been looking for a while, the staff were so helpful and friendly, didn't even need to book an appointment, tried on several dresses, the last dress I tried fit perfectly, was the right colour they dressed me up with accessories to ensure that I would get the right look, I also brought a facinater as it had the colours I was after and went so well with the outfit, I highly recommend this shop, the staff go out of their way to help you, if the dress needed taking they have a seamstress that could have altered it, luckily I didn't need any alterations

Found my outfit for my sons wedding from here was a bit nervous as bought online but spoke to luanne who was very helpful, received the outfit was thrilled , then also bought another outfit in the sale. Highly recommend
