The old man with the beard is ridiculously poor. Won’t take a standard Evri parcel after saying it depends on the driver. What a shambles of a place. Don’t worry, the evri shop round the corner took it as normal. Thanks for nothing. Only sent 300 the same but wallys strike.

Ride staff, refusing to do certain services (pay point, parcels, lotto) based on mood/time/ staff laziness. Why advertise opening times if you can't be bothered to offer the listed services and cause potential customers to waste a trip

Rude rude man. Refused to take in a returns parcel, even though I had printed off my ow label. Was abusive to me and told me to f..k off out of his shop. Very unnecessary behaviour 😒
