Nice brand new clean food shop, with easy access due to traffic lights and car park all round the store. Store is well lay out with friendly staff and well lit

Not always got food I require

Not up to expectations of Sainsbury's (yet, perhaps may improve).
Gaps on shelves and many items close to sell by dates.
Usually many of the self checkouts unavailable.
I'll give it 1 or 2 more chances but will then give up on it, despite convenient location.

Really low quality food for high prices. Should be replaced with a farm shop. Over 99% of food they sell isn’t fresh. Also under staffed, if you want to pay cash prepare to wait to be served, even after you press the bell to attract staff attention.

I ordered a purchase online today. the whole order worth £30 did not arrive and in addition I received dried oranges (I ordered tangerines) meat with today's expiry date. my half order arrived.

I went in to buy something which was OK. But the ridiculous 30 mins parking or instore of about 20 mins. Best just stick to the CO-OP opposite or the Tesco Express.

Very disappointing to find at 4pm on a Friday afternoon the shop is closed !! While staff seem to be filling shelves ….. back to continue support at the Cooperative across the road, and for the foreseeable future ☹
