Huge thank you to Paula for the help I received today. And the rest of the staff. Had a few issues with 02. Went into three just to get my options. Turned out having a phone. Great service. Staff are brilliant. Walked out with a perfect deal 🙂 Paula you are a credit to the store!

Paula was absolutely amazing with me this week, she genuinely went above and beyond to ensure my situation was sorted out. Systems went down while she was trying to sort it and she both rang and text me to let me know as soon as they were ready to go again. She was patient, compassionate and made a bad situation into a good one. Id also like to mention Chelsea who was always on hand to help Paula and did so in the same great manner!

Paulo was so patient and provided us with the best advice so we made an informed choice. She was so friendly and gave us the time we needed, due to her customer service we are now thinking of other products from 3, amazing experience for customers who just want the best deal for them, thank you so much !

Huge thank you to Chelsey & Andy who FINALLY helped my partner sort his phone contract today. We have had so many problems with Three over recent months, dealing with incompetent “chat bots” & having lengthy phone calls with “customer services” who were never able to help. Finally, with the help of Chelsey & Andy, we have gotten to the bottom of the issue!

Recently visited this store to get a sim only for my son and the service was second to none. Atmosphere was great with store members bouncing off eachother to help eachother out. Fantastic work guys

Went in for a sim swap left with a cheaper deal than I was currently paying. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend.

The handsome manager with the turban and big beard is absolutely amazing! Such a kind heart and a sweet voice. He talked me through every step of the journey helping me upgrade my phone. It’s a shame he is a married man because I would snap him up in an instant. I advise everyone to visit this store as the customer service is absolutely second to none!!!

Very poor customer service after been such a longterm customer, not what I expected from such a high profile provider.

After been in twice to try and sort out my well overdue upgrade and both deals been then been told that they have changed and no longer available and been treated like my custom wasn't of value I am now looking for a new contract elsewhere as this is clearly not good enough.
This was a great store and service in the past but not NOW.

went to buy a galaxy j5. Came out with a different phone for half the price. I love the phone but the sim price was even better. lovely staff no pressure. They said go away and think about it. I was back within the hour. Very helpful very pleasant no pressure. Top Marks Middlesbrough Hillstreet. I have told my friends and family when their contracts run out go to Hillstreet Three shop.
