Popped in to collect a first time prescription this afternoon and I cannot thank Nik enough! He was so informative, caring and sensitive, even though it was right at the end of the day/near closing time. Not only did he assist with when to take the medication, but also talked to me about pre-payment options. This is all very new to me, so I had no idea. An asset to the pharmacy. Thank you.

It is very busy. It a small pharmacy in an ever increasing village. Though in its favour, the staff are polite, efficient and have great customer care. 5 stars from me

Friendly and helpful staff I have used this pharmacy for 3 years now for all my prescriptions no problems at all they always send a text to say when your prescribed meds are ready for collection

very friendly and professional pharmacy. I have been coming here for years and the both the support staff and the pharmacists have always been courteous, helpful and able to give appropriate information. I am not sure who the previous reviewer is referring to, but I have interacted with five different pharmacists over the years and all of them have been good. It can get busy at times but if you avoid the usual rush hours (early morning, late afternoon), then it is fine.

Very, very groggy from a bad case of flu, went in to collect an emergency prescription. Greeted with sympathy, courtesy, and a smile - and instantly I felt ten times better. Thank you so much #BootsPharmacyIvybridge!!
