What a great company! From the very first enquiry to the store at Ivybridge we have been extremely pleased with the service and support received. In particular I would like to say a special thank you to Sue and Grace who always had time to explain some of the finer details of how the hot tub works and the chemical requirements etc. This was our first hot tub purchased in November 23 so we were a bit wary about using it but I cannot fault the support given at all times. Nothing has been too much trouble even for after sales service. I would highly recommend Hot Spring. Thank you again for the great service.

Bought our hot tub from here in 2018. We received 1st class service from the start and years on we are still returning as regular customers for maintenance and chemicals. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to buy or replace a hard shell hot tub. They also have try before you buy in store which is an added bonus.

Another visit to see our favourite hot tub people. 10 years after our relay hot tub was delivered, it’s still our go to place for our accessories. Always greeted with a smile and receive a real personal service. Recommended to a friend and got £100 for doing so 💗 if we ever need another one, I wouldn’t buy from anywhere else, you really do get what you pay for.

Brilliant help getting advice and my chemicals for my hot tub. Grace was very friendly, knowledgeable and helped me with my queries. Will 100percent be going back to get my chemicals etc.

We have just taken delivery of a new model Envoy. An excellent hot tub and this is the 4th that we had.
Sue and Grace at the Plymouth office were amazing helping us along at all stages. We were fully informed at all stages and even had an after sales call the morning after delivery.

We've had our new Flair hot tub since February this year (2022) and I have to say the service from first walking into the showroom, to delivery and post delivery has been second to none.
I did several hours of general hot tub research before I even approached HotSpring and I'm glad i did, you pay for quality and the hot tubs from HotSpring are that, but excellent customer service.....thats free in the grand scheme of things and their service is excellent!!

Was able to attend a recent open swim day at HotSpring Plymouth and was met by Grace who was super helpful when I asked her about what they had on offer. The customer service on her part was absolutely fantastic and wasn't made to feel like "just another customer". Will certainly be back in the future 👌🏻

We first encountered Hotsprings at the Royal Cornwall Show several years ago. We immediately liked a particular lady called Sue Pascoe she never ever came across as pushy. Sue certainly knew her stuff, every question answered to infinite detail. We explained to Sue that major changes were needed to our garden before we could contemplate a hot tub.
2 years on and the garden ready we too were ready to talk tub! We visited Hotsprings at Plymouth and immediately felt reassured by Sue which direction we should take. Deal done we opted for a jet setter two person, second hand but in immaculate condition with a new warranty.
The tub arrived on the day and installed by 2 fantastic guys who really knew their stuff. So all set up and a small problem arose, speaking to Due she immediately instigated an engineer who drove down from Bristol the following day and all was well. Sue contacted us as a courtesy call and assured us all was well, today she called again to go through a chemical exercise to make sure all was good for our first dip tonight. To summarise we can’t thank or recommend Hotsprings higher. Like all good companies the backbone of the business is all about the people who run it - and run it they do !

We recently bought a Jet setter XL from the Plymouth HotSpring branch at Endsleigh Garden centre. Sue was super informative from the first visit, lots of tips to get the most of the hot tub, all went very smoothly and the installation team were also excellent , first class service and a quality product, thank you 😊

Terese was very helpful at the showroom guiding me to choose the Hot Tub that best suited my requirements. The delivery men worked hard to ensure my hot tub was safely delivered to its location. I am really pleased with my new tub.

We have just received our Relay spa. It is fabulous and so relaxing at the end of the day. Teresa at Endsleigh HotSprings helped us while we decided which spa was best for our needs and even arranged for us to try out the spas in endsleigh before deciding. She kept in contact with us with regular updates on delivery dates and also contacted up the day after it arrived to make sure we we’re completely happy. We also saw Sue from endsleigh HotSpring who was very helpful when we wanted to clarify the chemical doses and wrote it down in order for us. Thank you very much Teresa and Sue.

What can I say, the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Liene was the most helpful and knowledgeable person I’ve met. Constantly offering guidance and advice throughout my purchase and continues to help me after hours. As a new tub owner I’d little knowledge of how to set it up but I was guided brilliantly.I cannot thank Liene enough. If your looking for a tub or even chemicals of simply advice contact Liene and I guarantee you’ll be amazed by how helpful she really is!
