Wouldn't even be a 1 star review due to the stress this business is putting on our family.
They have openly served an alcoholic numerous times over the last few months. Even when intoxicated as A&E records will show. Staff aren't entirely to blame. Apparently, if they can speak then serve them (company policy) staff uncomfortable serving said person, but feel they have to.
Was supposed to receive a call from store manager to discuss, but disappointingly didn't receive said call. This is a review of the company not just the store. Hoping more stringent practice comes into place.(licencing act 2003)
