Asda Lowestoft Superstore

It needs more weddings, Halloween items/Father’s Day items, LGBQ Month/Mother's Day items, charity fundraiser donations/Pancake Day, Valentine's Day/St Patricks Day, Bonfire Night/Remembrance Sunday,

The store had a lot of shoppers in but everyone knew where to go to get there items and the staff are always warm.welcoming and very helpful.

I experienced a different shopping experience here and very good on price and products 🙂

I have a holiday home in Corton and always visit the lowestoft store I can honestly say I have never had a disappointing visit. ALL the staff are so friendly and help. Nothing is too much trouble .Your staff training is amazing.

I go in ASDA 3or 4 times a week I absolutely love it family and friends do not ask me where I’m going anymore they know I’ll be in Asda's…..Friendly helpful people….I just love it…….👴🏻

Lovely big shop with everything you could ever want from a supermarket. They have customer toilets which is always helpful. They have a cafe at the back of the shop and the lady who served us was so helpful and friendly it was really lovely to go there because she was so nice. The food was fantastic as well. Really great shop.

No problems shopping,just didn't have what I wanted.electric blanket's don't exist neither do hot water dispensers so went elsewhere, managed to get the hot water dispenser, electric blankets/throw's do not exist in Lowestoft,but hey if you ever want to drive through a town with more traffic lights than on a Christmas tree this is defo the place.

Ordered a coat on line from Asda. Size was ok, slightly large, so when I was in Asda last, saw a smaller size and bought that. However, I'd hung larger coat up still with tags, but threw all packaging away! So had to return it to click and collect, but couldn't print out any required details. After going to customers services, finally handed the coat over to a very nice man, David, said I'd receive a refund once it was processed. This was at 2pm, at 5pm, email came advising refund paid ! Am so very impressed with the care from the Lowestoft staff, especially David from click and collect. Thank you very much.

Can I please say a huge thank you to Jodie. When she saw how frantic I was due to being to late to buy pudsey ears for my 3yr old granddaughter she actually gave me the ones she was wearing. An absolute credit to your company - wish I was able to upload the picture of pure delight on Millie’s face xx

I would just like to say thank you for my online shopping, delivered today by Terry, and how very polite he was, also thank you for the substitutes, at least there's one person out of all supermarket's that used their knowledge to know what to put in. Like you say if you don't want the substitutes then hand them back. We will be using your services again.

Great store with excellent selection of products, including food, household items, tech, toys, toiletries and clothing products. Good prices and a vast store with a big car park.

Some members of staff at this place, are extremely rude, when approached to ask for help I found, so as expected I try and avoid coming to this store for any kind of reason, unless its a real emergency, and I don’t have many other options, I would like to rectify this situation, that I seem to have escalated with the shop. As I think they do sell a variety of good things here..

Asda was alright. We managed to get a pair of children's training shoes and although they had very limited stock we got the size we required.

I have Morton's Neuroma, a very painful foot condition , needing to wear specialist insoles in my footwear. ASDA'S slippers are far & away the BEST I have encountered. I have paid far more at a well known High Street store, that cost more than twice price. ASDA, myself & my feet THANK YOU.

Excellent supermarket! Always a good selection of ready made meals and groceries. Location is easy to locate with a large car park on site. The home and electronics section is well stocked with good prices.

We got what we needed and had a great offer on the meat, 2 for £8 so got what we needed for that also.

it's all about the staff I think, and I can't fault any of the staff members at the store, some awesomely unique employees that seem to be able to show their personality. happy staff = happy customers

Was unwell at my visit today and staff were so kind. Found me somewhere to sit and cafe staff got me a glass of water until my family returned. Thanks very much.

It's got everything you need and is a big shop and a big cat park and staff and security very helpful

Staff always helpful and kind. We live 25 mile between a Tesco at Martlesham and the big ASDA in Lowestoft, and would always go to Asda, range of items always. Enter from clothes to food.
