The staff in the m&s garage at wickford are all great. I go in there frequently as I Live close by, but they are all well trained, friendly and professional.

I don’t have a bad word to say about any of the staff, they all go over and above, but I must say a special thank you to Callum and Lorraine who serve me regularly and always go above and beyond and are a credit to the store!

Great place to go for essentials late at night.

Great little shop

This place would be so much better with more staff.It is primarily a petrol station so why as with many other establishments do you have so little staff to do too much work.I feel there is too much emphasis on selling coffee and other stuff rather than serving customers who just want fuel and be on there way.I know it's an m+s as well but stop selling coffee and concentrate on your customers.

Very nice handy local store. Plenty of variety of foods - ready meals - fruit and cakes (all very yummy). We'll recommended.

I wanted to say how pleased I am with the flavour and quality of the sandwiches here.
So M&S, well done - I don't find any other sandwiches as good, unless they're handmade of course.

I've given a three star review as the organisation within the establishment does leave something to be desired. Fuel customers cannot pay and leave; they are forced to wait whilst others order their weekly food shop / order a coffee. And sometimes there's a conga line for the tills.
Fair play to the staff who appear confident, capable and are welcoming and humorous.
