The staff at this Canvey Island, Craven Avenue branch of Nisa are so polite, friendly and extremely helpful, this includes the post office staff also as they're extremely polite and helpful too. Each and every one of them take the time out to say hello with a smile and ask how i am. My elderly father also goes to this Nisa and told me that the staff are always helpful and respectful towards him which means alot to me. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to each and everyone of the staff there. Ben, Josie, Lewis, Thomas, Barbara, Sue, Maria, Sam, Sarah, Debbie, Carol, Suzanne. Both Managers Bhavesh and Neelam. Staff like them are very hard to find so the Managers should be proud to have such lovely staff. Thank you again.

This is a great local shop, always have what you need and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. I hear the lads in there are also mustard at Call of Duty! 🤣👌 Fun fact...used to be a toy shop that had a great Scalextric & Hornby selection. 🏎🏎🏎🛤🛤🛤

I have been going to nisa local for many years and I find the staff friendly and helpful if you cant find a certain item they are more than willing to help you .over many years i have seen the staff help people with speciel needs ie disabled people which i found to be good helping people in our community my overall veiw of nisa local is i have never had a problem with the staff and will carry on goin there for many years to come great staff great shop .😁😁😁

Best shop and the best people on canvey

Presentable shop, tidy and spacious for mobility purposes. Staff are friendly and always there when you need a hand. Post office is handy aswell, can get all your bills and shopping done in one place!

I've edited this review from 2 star to 4 star because the staff in here have either been on customer service courses and realised that customers actually pay their wages or the store have just got some nice decent staff in since my last review. They are friendly in here and helpful. And they actually smile as well.
