Great staff but a bit expensive.

Refuses to take card payments depending on who is running the store on the day.
other days i pay a fee first ranging from £1-£5 (again depending on the person).
And i occasionaly get laughed at as my voice can sound odd due to my disability.

Today i was forced to purchase an item from the store before i was allowed to make an electric top up.
this is illigal. its a denial of service for a nessecity.

cashier refused to call his boss to ask and refused to clarify, only repeating the same phrase and getting flippant.

if this isnt fixed i'll be going to trading standards.

Went into store today and was served by Gemma. The way she spoke to me was absolutely disgusting there was no customer service at all. Not the first time I have visited the store and she has been rude. She is always so abrupt and grumpy. Today I had trouble with a parcel she completely snapped at me and when I said there’s no need to speak to me this way she said whatever and I tried talking to her and all she did was raise her voice and shout. I asked if there was a mangager around or if she had contact details she said no come back another day and see him. There was no customer service at all and I have never been spoken to like this in a shop before being a customer it was absolutely vile. Disappointed to say the least. Would not recommend going here for anything if you are going to be served by Gemma as she speaks down to you as if you are nothing. Horrible horrible experience and I think she needs to invest in some customer service skills and manners as they will loose lost of customers if she continues to treat people the way she did today.

My friend got shouted at for looking for cards. She is very upset now for them screaming at her.
