Tesco Superstore

For the support given to me by staff when I went down like a lead balloon last week Wednesday. Their 1st aider Miss S was epic, empathetic sweet and wonderful. Tried calling by phone to leave positive feedback to her manager but could not get through the automated line sadly. Currently recovering my health as I want to pop in and personally thank her and the rest of the team for all their efforts.

Although it's not large tesco, it is big enough to get everything we need. Today is the first time I ever been there. I tried to find the parking information online but couldn't find the details. So today I took photos as reference for people coming later on. The parking is easy and the staff were very polite and helpful.

My favourite Tesco store! It’s very clean and tidy, the staff are fantastic, everything is so nice about this store... it has a pharmacy, click and collect, bakery and a Tesco pay service which is absolutely fantastic... I used to work for Tesco and I honesty believe if I had worked in this store I would have stayed... they also allow local primary school to look around as well as support the community! This store is perfect

I’m a trade customer. Most days I come at 6AM and see the same ladies who are lovely and incredibly helpful. Great store with a lovely feel

Very good store for a grocery shop. All the products needed for a household, including fresh and frozen food, plus laundry and cleaning goods. In store pharmacy. Helpful staff.

Great little Tesco's plenty of parking (disabled and parent and child) has fresh fruit and produce, pharmacy, health and beauty, canned and dry foods. Also breads cakes alcohol/alcohol free. frozen foods fizzy drinks squashes and fruit juice. Biscuits crackers and treats. Small range of birthday and occasion cards tiny homewares, phones, books, gifts and toys. Seasonal Isle. Alway bring your club card for money off deals. I've also always found the staff RTO be happy and helpful. It is a small store so can get slow at the tills at busy times due to limited number of staff.

I shop around town but this is my favourite store, the staff are consistently chatty, funny and generally happy to be there. I don't like food shopping but I do at this store, they have stand out people and usually a decent vegetarian range.

Bread is so good, but personally I think Tesco bread is the best. I don't know why, but it is just fantastic. Typically I don't eat any bread that doesn't come from Tesco. Why? Simply because nothing fulfills the satisfaction of waking up and going to the magical land of Tesco. The moment I enter the store I get a lovely welcome and it brings joy to me and my 8 kids hearts.

Good quality, well stocked, fairly priced, easy free parking

We use this Tesco branch a lot, it's small compared to other stores nearby but has a wide variety of products. Never have trouble parking either. I just hope Tesco keep this store open!

Good store but very expensive

I have a choice of several supermarkets to shop at and Tesco Strood is my choice store. It's not the biggest of stores and doesn't stock all the items and range of foods I buy, but the helpful and polite staff make the shopping experience here a pleasure.

As a Clubcard user I find shopping at Tesco better value than all the other supermarkets.

I usually go there before closing time and the staff is always very kind and helpful
