The new Lidl in Brynmawr Retail Park brings a great selection of produce including fresh fruit and vegetables, meat, freezer and refrigerated sections,, loads of produce with European chocolate to frozen desserts. Each week a brochure is displayed advertising next week's offers and special buys. The store also has seasonal produce at the moment this includes typically European Christmas products such as Stollen, fresh fir Christmas wreaths to speciality Christmas Gin. The fresh bakery is positioned on the way in and is exceedingly tempting with fresh cooked donuts, pizzas, rolls, bread and baguettes etc. Also in the entrance are mini trolleys which my grandchildren love to push around the store and fill with items this saves having to carry a basket.
The store has automatic doors is wheelchair accessible with parking directly outside. There are public toilets with baby changing facilities which are wheelchair accessible. Overall a large store with plenty of great products providing good value for money. Lidl has an app you can download and scan on the checkout to earn coupons. each week there are different coupons to save and scan to get money off etc.

Better quality fresh food for cheaper than Asda. More enjoyable shopping experience too.

Nice fresh bakery section, well stocked store, clean and tidy. Overall an excellent lidl with good parking.

Cheaper to shop here then anywhere I've been too I was amazed on how much they do sell fair play 10 out of 10 this place

Lovely open & clean store. Bakery is great & the staff lovely & helpful.

There is also the added bonus of Inpost lockers to the left of the entrance for ease of sending or receiving parcels out of normal hours.

Good and cheap shopping compared to most places, and plenty of spots to park, there is a huge variety of stock on the shelves and the bakery is quite impressive, but unfortunately they do not stock fresh cheese twists in the bakery section, there is also a wide variety of seeds and flowers for those with a green thumb.

What we like about Lidl is the fresh bakery. The centre Isle has good items.

I give 5 STARS for the fact that this shop is here in Brynmawr at all... There are a lot of things I like to buy there... even fresh bread... And now a word to the guides who "work" for nothing for Google... stop making clowns of yourself for a few stars...you go everywhere and give bad reviews for any reason. I don't know if anyone has noticed, but I don't think anyone has good reviews anymore... mainly thanks to the guides. Don't like it go somewhere else. People work there, not robots. I wish the staff from Lidl good luck at work and nice customers.

Good shop, kind staff.

Lidl is my favourite supermarket, possibly second after Aldi, but this shop is great one. They never run out of essentials. Good car park space and no long queues at the till. Overall nice shopping experience

Very clean, well presented, and good prices for quality food.

Lidl store brought local to Brynmawr to compete with Asda Brynmawr. Lidl being the first choice supermarket for me. Low cost food and drinks, household goods and Parkside tools which at a budget price compete with the leading brands Dewalt and Makita.

Staff always polite and friendly. Queuing is what it is wherever you go... Have a little chat with the person behind you in the queue you might be the only person they talk to that day.

Very large and clean branch. Well equipped with wide range of produce. My favourite Lidl branch so far and by far. Highly recommended
