Absolutely 1st class 👏 a hardware store and builders yard very helpful staff . Got keys cut . Sand. stone chippings . And paving stones .

Friendly and helpful telephone service. Fencing arrived within 3 hours of ordering and delivery staff were super friendly neatly stacking materials on drive. Will use next time and recommend to any DIYer. Returned for more fencing supplies to continue job. Still a 5* service :)

This is a fantastic shop, very very helpful staff. We came to New Silksworth 45 years ago after we were married. My Husband and I always buy from Pfendt DIY and always find things we want and it is a very packed shop. Their prices are excellent and you would have to go a long way to find another shop as good as this one.

Purchased propane had for my BBQ at a bargain price as I didn't have to buy the bottle separately! Very friendly staff, great customer service! Highly recommend

Only needed 3inches of skirting board..prepared to have to buy 6', but the young guy who served cut us of just what we needed, gratis! Fantastic service we'll be back Pfents!

Ideally located,Competitive prices,Just about everything to cover your needs.If they don’t stock it they will order it for you.Either pick it up from the store or they can deliver it to your place of work for you at the earliest opportunity.I would highly recommend all tradesmen and DIY enthusiasts to visit the store.The staff are all friendly and helpful and can advise you on products you are not familiar with.Just ask “they don’t bite “!!

I'm giving them a 5 star review just to compensate for Dorothy's review which I feel is a little harsh. I shall be visiting later today for some filler. If they don't have any I will award a lower score as all DIY stores should sell various types of filler :-)
