I chose to save a lot of hassle by selling to CEX my unused tech cameras etc because I found they had items I wanted anyway and in superb condition, the "exchange" was quick and easy, great staff and very happy to return again soon.

Small store but effective for purpose. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable and generally nice. Second hand gadgets come with a warranty so you can't go wrong.

Went to take a phone back bought the day before from another store and the man in there was very helpful in showing me another phone spec wise which was very good. He could of not bothered as I couldn't commit to getting the other one there and then but he wae very helpful wish I had got his name for him to be recognised for his help. He wrote down a useful website for us to look up about the specs of phones on, very helpful if he's there when I next go in I will amend the review and get his name
