O2 Shop Lakeside

I went in last Tuesday, my phone had broken and needed a new one. Thomas Wong served me and he was fantastic, a super wizz on the computer and he helped me get a great new phone with the best deal possible. I've ended up getting 30gb extra data as he linked me with my home virgin somehow. Basically I am very happy with my experience and want to thank Thomas again for his help.

I visited the lakeside store today for an upgrade and was really impressed with the customer service I received from Jake. He explained everything thoroughly about the contract and phone, answered all my questions and helped with backing up things from my old phone as well transferring data from the old phone to the new one. Jake was very knowledgeable and had a good sense of customer service. Thank you Jake

As I live in Brentwood and the O2 store in Brentwood it's a smaller store compared with the one from Lakeside, having less desired choices available, I've decided to go to O2 Lakeside to buy an Iphone 14 for my daughter. I've been very lucky to get the last one available matching my daughters preferences.
However, as I've seen here good and bad reviews, I would like to share my totally positive experience and to highly praise Oli ( this is what was written on his name tag ), the shift manager who was there 2 days ago, Tuesday, 18 July, morning, right after 10:00.
A real gentleman, polite, totally knowledgeable about the store's products, having a great patience towards answering all my questions and a great seller ( I really enjoyed his gentle and honest way of suggesting how to buy things and he convinced me to buy as well a smart watch, besides the phone, charger and phone screen protector-all costing over £450 in addition to the phone), etc...all in all a great experience.
Personally I am very happy with my family's 3 monthly subscription phone numbers and I consider O2 a superior company compared with their competitors.

Spoke to an amazing guy today, unfortunately I didn't get his name. Very helpful and personable. Took the time to understand my needs and went out of the way to make sure I had the right phone and tariff. He explained everything well and answered my questions knowledgeably. The whole process of getting a new phone went very smoothly and was handled professionally.

Went in with an extremely frustrating and difficult situation with my device and a couple of the guys were extremely polite, helpful and patient. Russell was the person I spoke to last and his solution and customer service were amazing. Thank you!

Excellant guidance, assistance from Bo, he was attentive to my requirements, suggested improvements to my existing tariffs that I was not aware of and also guided me to a much better phone that the one I originally went in for that was an overall better package/cost. Definitely recommend the excellant service I received.

I went in to change my airtime supplier 'virgin' since they start ed using the Vodafone mast's , I've had a bad signel the O2 chap who signed me up was very helpful and I got a good deal .

Little bit of a wait but when we got seen to the service was efficient and the guy serving us was real nice and super friendly. Shop was well presented and clean.

Staff are friendly and helpful, helped with my order and to pick out some accessories.

Ran out of charge on phone let us charge our phone to get us out of trouble as charging lockers out of use due to covid. So helpful and friendly, highly recommend 👌
