Curry's you have a fantastic salesman and member of staff in John on your mobile phones section. I came to the store black Friday week and was in a Hurry but didn't know what phone was the best buy. John's knowledge and patience was just incredible. A genuine salesman, there was no lack of information, he knew the products inside out and really helped me get the phone that suited my budget and requirements.
He went above and beyond checking for stock and making sure I came away with a great purchase. Superb John, thank you.

From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted with a warm welcome and offered assistance. The staff members (Gemma, Barry, Louise, Jackie, Vihan, Adele, Leo, Ronnie & Ken) were attentive, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. They patiently listened to my requirements and provided valuable insights and recommendations tailored to my needs for my business.

James from the TV tech area was an absolute gentleman. He understood my needs as a customer and helped me get things done in a timely manor, especially as he knew I was in a rush! Very honest, not pushy. Great asset to the company.

We went there today to buy a TV. We met young man by the TV's, he gave us some great advise. We seen some clearance products at the front of the store. The guys gave such great service and advice we purchased an additional item being a washing machine on clearance. The lads serving us throughout the transaction and lady covering the front door were simply amazing . Well done currys thurrock great service . Keep up the great work .

AMAZING service from 225 Ahmad. Was a bit skeptical in buying a new TV on my own but he went out of his way to provide me with all of the information that I needed. He clearly had all the knowledge and was very keen to help me. Surprised he's not a manager. Will be looking for him if I need anything in the future!

We were at Curry Lakeside, we have always bought there, and today for the first time Ronnie helped me, he was very friendly and a very good salesman, if everyone were like him, Curry would sell three times as many products per month, he helped us a lot and thanks to him We were able to buy what we wanted, he was with us for almost an hour and a half... Great service with deliveries and costs being great, am normally an Amazon man but got better prices and next day pickup from currys for a TV. Had a smart watch delivered in just a plastic bag so invariably it got a bash.

Both replaced quickly and stress free by a nice bloke called Barry and said they will take my advice and suggest smart watches are posted in boxes in future.

Security person was asked 3 times while I was waiting ( you wait outside ) if they were open, apparently he gets asked constantly. They are not an essential retailer so only allow pickups and returns from your car or from outside car.

Great service on this visit. Loads of choice, in a time when stores are being closed, it's good to have somewhere where you can see the items before you buy.

Excellent staff, very helpful and happy staff. Literally had us in stitches. Lovely to go I to shop where everyone works as team and is also engaging and friendly to the customers. Was nor standing around looking for someone to help, plenty staff which is good plus for this store. Think I would travel to store as much friendliness than my local store .Great loved it nothing was too much for them. Great and fabulous

Buying a TV is a daunting experience, especially when you have zero clue and they all look the same. Thankfully my husband and I were met by Ade who generously took the time to explain the differences, answer our questions and advised us on which TV to go for. His honestly and diligence was a breath of fresh air and greatly appreciated!

Went here to purchase a TV with a elderly friend, the two guys we spoke to were very helpful and helped made our elderly friend feel at ease, even offered him a stool to sit on as he is quite frail. Thank you!

Had my cooker delivered today by two lovely fellas, tidy, quick and altogether polite.

Staff very knowledgeable and polite, purchased high value item very happy. Also wheelchair accessible.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR OPERATOR 38 JACKIE, HAVING BOUGHT A FRIDGE FREEZER [MONTPELLIER] ON LINE & HAVING HAD TO HAVE IT REPAIRED WITH 2 SEPERATE PARTS & IT STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY ALL WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS OF IT BEING DELIVERED I WENT TO THE LAKESIDE BRANCH & SPOKE TO JACKIE WHO PHONED CUSTOMER SERVICES ON MY BEHALF, THEY TOLD HER THAT I WOULD HAVE TO CONTACT THEM MYSELF & ARRANGE ANOTHER REPAIR, JACKIE WAS HAVING NONE OF IT & SPENT ABOUT AN HOUR & A HALF GETTING THIS ALL SORTED FOR ME, I HAD TO THROW A LOT OF FOOD AWAY BECAUSE OF THE WAY THE MONTPELLIER WAS WORKING, JACKIE HAD SOME HELP FROM HER COLLEAGUES BUT DID MOST OF THE WORK HERSELF, I AM SORRY THIS HAS TAKEN SO LONG TO WRITE BUT I HAVE HAD BIG PROBLEMS INDOORS WHICH HAVE TAKEN PRIORITY, IF YOU GET TO READ THIS JACKIE I NEVER GOT A CUSTOMER SURVEY TO FILL IN SO I COULDNT SAY HOW WELL YOU & YOUR COLLEAGUES DID ON MY BEHALF, THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH
