Tesco Express

Just a common small Tesco, works almost all day long, including Sunday evening. It has very good location at the buss terminal, so it's convenient to make shopping, get a buss and go. The assortment us not wide, but sufficient (not all network propositions and bargains available). The shelves are usually full. The prices are reasonable (avarage as elsewhere in this network). Usually no consultants inside.

I've been shopping at this branch for almost 12 years and have never had cause for any complaint.
The store is always very clean and well presented.
The shelves are always well stocked...even during the " big lockdown ".
The staff are always pleasant, courteous and willing to help.
It is a 5 star shop !!!

Good, can walk in, buy what I need and leave. Helpful for when I have to buy water quickly before work.

A very well stocked store, however being a Tesco express it is more expensive than traditional Tesco supermarket's due to the early and late opening times and it only closed on Christmas Day.
The staff are super helpful, the manage is really good, I like him a lot.
This store is usually open at 6am and closes at 11pm. Not bad for a smallish store in a tiny little old mining village.

Excellent staff here, shop very clean and tidy

Great place to pick up some groceries when 9n Durham although it can be busy at times. I'd reccomend visiting 1st thing to avoid the crowds.

Friendly helpful staff who were definitely operating under pressure trying to multitask while giving good service to customers. Felt for them
