Dunelm

We love this cafe. Food and coffee good with a good range to choose from. The staff are so attentive and courteous. The place is nip and clean with staff quick to clear tables, even sanitising tables that have just been cleared/sanitised if you should change your mind and move to another table. 1st class service with a smile in a clean environment. What more can you want ?

Our experience at the cafe today was truly first class. Kiki was very helpful and managed to tailor their menu to meet my food intolerance, even though it was not a menu choice. The food was served quickly, good value and quality. The cafe is really lovely , staff were helpful and the hot drinks served immediately. A great breakfast option if you are in the area.

Visited Durham store today and found both the store and Café offering first class service. In my view it is the best store in Durham to visit.
The delightful staff in the Cafe suggesting Potato waffles with our Coffee was a nice surprise.
The staff on the shop floor always there to help.
It's not rocket science, if the staff have a smile on there face,so will the customer.

Brilliant little cafe. Food lovely arrived quickly and well presented, lovely free kids meal a bonus. Staff friendly and helpful.

I love the quality goods , there are plenty of choices it's one of my favourite shops I especially love to have coffee and a cake in the coffee shop.

Been twice in the past 2 weeks. Both times the lady on the door knew exactly where my item was and both times I got the item first time. Great service.

Always a good shop for home products at Dunelm, all at reasonable prices and a nice cafe up stairs.

One of my favourite places to shop. Quality is exceptional and prices not too bad either. So much choice. I always come out with more than I went in for. Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. You can't visit Dunelm without visiting the Pausa Cafe. I recommend their cream scone offer. Delicious scones, well baked, not dry but just right.

Love this store. Bought a large rug and they were very helpful and also put it in the car for me.

Great range of home products. Super cafe with friendly and pleasant staff. Toilets are good too.

Lovely shop & you can't beat their cafe with lovely food.
It's just a shame that now the parking has changed to just 2 hour parking on the retail park Durham.. So now your on edge of watching the time when getting food as well as having a look around the shop. Especially when you like to go into
the other shops on the retail park . People will probably start & shop elsewhere.

Dunelm is a fantastic store, reasonable prices and plenty of variety. Visit the cafe regularly, love that too!!

The most amazing store ever. It has everything you can think of to purchase Home goods and item's to decorate any room in the house. Staff are friendly and helpful. Took 5 minutes to purchase a chair and it's being delivered on Friday. Just 2 day's after purchasing the item. Highly recommended. The cafe is also recommended
