Great for click and collect. Not sure why but I've never needed to queue. Really friendly even when you cant remember your order reference!

Store is on a small industrial site about 1.5 km from the town centre. There is no public transport. Counter service only. Covid restrictions in place. Click and collect. I ordered on line and had confirmation within minutes. Txt message 15 mins later stating order was ready for collection. Very efficient service throughout.

Never used the Hertfordshire Screwfix but great customer service I ordered online Click and Collect they didn't have what I wanted in stock but literally the next day so got a text message to let me know so that they had it in stock great service and lots of parking

About Hertford
Town in England

Hertford is the county town of Hertfordshire, England, and is also a civil parish in the East Hertfordshire district of the county. The parish had a population of 26,783 at the 2011 census. The town grew around a ford on the River Lea, near its confluences with the rivers Mimram, Beane, and Rib. The Lea is navigable from the Thames up to Hertford. Fortified settlements were established on each side of the ford at Hertford in 913 AD. The county of Hertfordshire was established at a similar time, being named after and administered from Hertford. source
