Great experience today. After purchasing something and having an issues with the quantity I returned a week later and explained what has happened. I advised I was not looking for a handout and that I should of checked the contents of the item, I should have checked myself. After proving I had purchased the item from a bank statement they just gave me what was missing without issue and apologised and said they should have checked too.

These are the kind of actions that bring customers back time and time again!

I went in yesterday (13/03/2022) and he helped me pick out the right vape pen, juices and coils for what I needed, rather than some shops that try to make the most money from people. He also was very knowledgeable about the products he’s selling and discusses the pros and cons.

I was 1 of the first customers to walk through the doors ov tasty vape, way back when it first opened and I received a warm & friendly welcome. And that excellent level of customer service has remained to this very day.

These Young men Know what they are doing. I broke My Mod by dropping on floor many many pieces. Daughter and son-in-law had just purchased two snow wolf machines. I think that is what you called them. off these guys I have just gone down today and got rigged up with a new mod on Daughters recommendation. They did not try and stick an expensive machine into me. They asked what temps I vape at etc. Then showed me machines to suit. me. loads to choose from. Tons of different flavour liquids I was amazed at the choice. I am a 60 year old grumpy old g**. So not easily pleased. lol. Will use them all time now. Felt welcome. The shop smells great as well. You MUST check this shop out. Easy parking. Thanks Gents. May you live long and prosper.
