B&M Home Store with Garden Centre

Lovely people working there. Very friendly and was happy to help me when I needed it. Smiles on their faces. And the store has everything you could need at not bad prices at all. Would recommend anyone to visit.

Good access and car park for loading. Best garden plants around. Always check prices, however, overall very competitive. Store is always clean and staff are good and helpful

I bought a VAX carpet cleaner last August.
It developed a suction problem yesterday.
I went to speak to the manager who said..”bring it in for replacement.”
Returned it today. Very helpful assistant who immediately brought a new one from the shop floor.
Quick transaction and carried the item to the car.
Couldn’t have received better customer service anywhere. Thank You

*size of the car park
*access to other stores without moving the car
*lots of usefull items
*clean and tidy place
*trolley station close to entrance door, very helpfull
Cons:
*service:. it looks like these people need a bit of attention as morales is s***t. A few more staff members to avoid ques at till. maybe a mater of money? do not know. overall good place for shopping.

Easy to get to and park, love the seasonal aisles and garden centre can usually find bargain normally come out with things hadn't expected to buy

Small queues and staff called for extra tills to be put on, quickly and good customer service witnessed. Lots of social distancing information labelled around the stock. Good service applied on shopping trip. Good value products purchased.

Not a massive store, it still contains an enormous stock of goods. Border plants were a very good price and excellent quality. Wide range of goods generally. Going back next week.

I came to your store on Sunday to buy a wardrobe. I sought the help of a member of staff because I could not lift what I needed. Paul (who normally works in the garden centre) came to the rescue. What a lovely man who not only loaded up my trolley, wheeled it to the till for me and then came out to my car and loaded it into my car. Customer service at its very best. Well done Paul and thank you so much for your help. Give the man a pay rise!

Excellent store for just about everything. Always used it for supplies of 1 kg bags of Tilda rice,currently at £1.29. Garden centre is a revelation,products reasonably priced and stocked with all your basics.

i was served by a lovley lady called Chloe she was very professional and went out of her way to help with my questions and her customer service was very swift. All the other staff have also been very helpful during my regular shopping trips there. The Store always has some great deals and because of the season products they always offer, you can find most items for the house, home and general living. Think B&M opening in Evesham has been a great addition to the local town.

Great store, great prices. They seem to cater for everything. Very accessible part of Evesham. Near to bypass and on outskirts. Surroundied by, tesco and garage, argos, next, marks and spencers and also 2 minutes to Town centre via car, train station 2 mins by foot

Love this place it's bigger then cheltenham... Loads of choice and I always spend a small fortune!
Thank you to the check out man who advised us on certain bags to buy as certain ones were splitting... The ones he was advising us to buy were the cheapest.
