Mr Shoes

Popped in to get some Van's...but being a size 12 can be awkward.....i fell in love with a pair of black and white check Van's but no size 12....the guy checked stores in area and drove to Norwich to get them for me. Fantastic customer service and really go the extra mile. Many thanks

Great customer service this morning, a fault with a £75 pair of shoes I purchased lead me to complain but it was dealt with properly and fairly and I left a happy customer, will recommend and use again.

Omg, slightly obsessed with this store, have spent a lot of money on boots and Ruby Shoo’s. Always excellent caring staff who are ready to assist their customers. If you want quality footwear then don’t look anywhere else. Highly recommended

Went shopping for shoes for work, and was greeted by Tim who was very efficient and polite and made my shopping experience realy good.

Theres always something to tempt me to buy, sale on at the moment and got myself some lovely summer sandals

It has a great selection of shoes available. The Staff member at the till was friendly I only purchased a vans backpack for a holiday it was a little more expensive than other shops but it's the only shop in Thetford that sold what I wanted

Very clear sizing on the rack of shoes. Staff did not jump on you as you entered. Lots of different types to choose from. Came away with the shoes we wanted.

Walked in, was greeted with a very polite hello, then left to browse the shop, staff very friendly
