M&S Simply Food

Very pleasant and friendly store. The staff are always helpful and approachable. The selection of food is good for my needs, fresh bakery too.
Upstairs, the cafe is quite large but a bit basic. Staff here are great.
Car park is usually busy, but from 7pm it’s great to shop there.

I was absolutely delighted by the way I was treated at M&S Chineham. I broke down outside and was awaiting the AA. At the same time I only had a few bars on my phone so went into the store to enquire if I could borrow a phone charger. The man who I dealt with (sorry didn’t catch his name) went above and beyond to try to help me. They let me charge my phone and also let me have a cup of tea and sandwich for my 3 year old. My baby even had a banana. Well done M&S!!!!

Lovely food, always my go to for a treat. Nicely laid out and a good selection. The short stay car park outside the door is a bit of a nightmare so, if you don't mind walking a couple of hundred metres more, it's a lot less hassle to use the long stay parking.

The staff are all really good in the cafe, it was a busy lunch and the girls kept on top of everything.

Everyone knew there job well! Impressed!!

Really nice place. Staff are very friendly and polite (especially in the café). Products are always good, it's well laid out and it's quick. Well worth the extra expense.

Bakery section has a great supply of freshly made food, upstairs provides eating in facilities. Parking close to the shop maybe difficult depending on time of day.

Excellent organisation for collection of Christmas orders. I expected chaos but was pleased to see how smoothly everything ran. Well done!

When I come to Basingstoke with work or to visit my daughter I will alway's coffee here and the ladies who work in the café are lovely and really helpful, never rushing the customer's, the ladies I refer to are slightly older, the younger one's not quite as good!!!!
