Fantastic customer service. I ordered an office chair from Amazon from KMS. It did not work as it should. Supplied photos of the problem and a replacement was immediately sent to me. I didn't even have to go through the hassle of returning the defective item. Very impressed.

Purchased a motorcycle lift via ebay. Was called the next day to book in the delivery via pallet truck, was delivered 3 days after purchase as per ebay delivery date. no issues whatsoever, regular txt/email communication with delivery updates.

I was very worried when I saw so many negative reviews and foolishly I had already ordered without checking! But you know what? It just goes to show reviews for individuals and their situation doesn't tarnish the whole company. I ordered a recliner chair from them, it had been recoloured, restitched and extra padding applied too. Real quality piece. I ordered on the Friday and rang the company to see a express delivery option was available, it wasn't. Delivery was due between Wednesday and Friday. But the chap on the phone was very polite and promised it would be leaving the depot that day and would be with me at the earliest opportunity. It came on the Monday. The quality of the product was above and beyond and the delivery driver was very kind and patient. The box was tore slightly so I wanted to be sure the product was correct before signing to which he was very understanding and helpful. Really cant fault them at all, but I wanted to repay them by countering the amount of negatives here on reviews. 5/5

I felt that I should share my positive experience after all the negative reviews I read. After placing my order, I received a notification that my item had been dispatched but there was no tracking information. I emailed KMS who replied very quickly and gave me all of the information I needed. My item arrived within 3 working days and my husband and I are very pleased with our purchase.

My item arrived damaged (not their fault, probably the courier) and it was replaced within a few days. Really quick and good customer service.

Absolutely fantastic people to deal with! Ordered 4 x Dining Chairs on Friday morning and delivered Monday morning. Amazingly fast service and the chairs look fantastic. One of the chairs was faulty and I contacted KMS through their website the next day. Someone came back to me in a hour and was extremely apologetic and asked for some photo's of the broken chair. I sent photos on Wednesday morning and my new replacement chairs came the next day...........YES, I did say replacement chairs, as they sent me 2 x new chairs and said to keep the previous chairs sent. Fantastic customer service and such a fast delivery and response, would definitely use this company again.

I contacted the company regarding an issue with a compressor I bought from them October 2020. The first time I used it was 27/4/2021. I found that it was faulty and contacted the company. After a few reasonable questions they arranged for a full refund which I received on 28/4/2021. Excellent customer service.

I ordered a 36in diameter mini trampoline on 3 Nov. It arrived the following day - amazing! Unfortunately there was a small part missing - not KMS's fault as the trampoline was made and packed in China. I informed KMS by email and they replied immediately offering to send me a complete new trampoline. Furthermore they did not want the original one returned. Naturally I accepted and the new trampoline duly arrived a few days later. I can't fault this excellent service from KMS.

KMS appear to be a bit like Marmite looking at the reviews. I bought a cement mixer through Ebay. It was promptly delivered but turned out to be faulty. I contacted KMS via Ebay, they were very quick to respond and a new mixer was sent out. I found communication was very good and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I found them good to deal with. Thanks for your help.

I don’t usually leave reviews but on this occasion I felt the need to. After seeing other reviews for KMS I almost didn’t buy my poly tunnel from them but I must say I’m highly delighted. Delivered next working day and the poly tunnel is well worth the £53 paid direct on their website and free delivery. One very happy customer.

This company is fantastic. The communication is bang on as I was worried when I seen some reviews I had a great experience with them.I ordered a dingy on sunday late at night and I sent them an email to ask if there was any chance they could deliver it in time for a family day out on Wednesday. They kindly emailed back and it was shipped out and I received the dingy Wednesday morning. Absolutely over the moon I was. Such a great product and at a good price and to top it off it's free delivery. Will definitely recommend and will even order some more dingys.

I ordered an item from this company and then checked them out online, I seen the bad reviews and worried about the order I had just made. Within 24h of placing the order I had the item at my house. Very happy with this company and how fast the item had got here. I think maybe the bad reviews were from a while ago as the later ones seem to all be good. Keep up the good work, I can’t believe how you managed to get the item here so fast considering I don’t live on the main land. Once again thankyou

We purchased Westwood Vanity unit (800mm) from KMS, we ordered it at lunch time and it was here the following day, less than 24 hours which in my book is great service. I fitted the unit myself as a confident DIY'er and am very impressed at the quality and sleek modern look, it looks as though it should of cost 3or 4 times the price, the sink that came with it is also great quality and a modern shape, over all I can't recommend this vanity unit enough, and the service was 1st class, I would definitely use KMS again in the future.

I was worried about ordering from this company after reading some reviews. But decided to order a tubchaoras I liked the looks of it. They used yodel to deliver the chair they messed the delivery up. But kms where brilliant and help sort it out straight away. Thank you. And will be using them again.

I have bought 2 foxhunter cat trees from these and they are absolutley brilliant for the price, they arrived fast and are easy to assemble, my cats love them and they look lovely

After a couple months use the top stand and the side platforms do go wobbly but for £25 you can't complain, and they still hold up well, I think you can buy replacement parts but after a couple years I replace them anyway because I have 5 cats that use these every day and my cats are quite big and fat. If you have a small cat (under 4kg) I don't think they would even go wobbly. If you have a Maine Coon or another huge heavy cat breed the small trees I buy wouldn't be suitable.

Brought a Garden bench, there was a piece missing, contacted the company and they sent a new bench without any hesitation, first class service would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.
